The incompetences amazing. 3 packages all lost, well one was found after 2 months then broken as it was delivered. I will make sure I use all the lowest rates of postage I can for the mail I mail, even if it's not true my media mail or the likes for as long as I live. The savings in just a few months will be 10x what they could have refunded me and made it right. Professional. But they chose the wrong way out....

Just bring the code and they take your package and give you a receipt. The workers here are knowledgeable and helpful with the app, especially for people that aren't really tech savvy (it's me, I'm people).
