The hours posted don't mean anything. It's 421 pm but it closes at 430pm . The guy told 5 ppl at 415 -420 it's closed. The hours are falsely advertised. Excellent UPS store with helpful employees and convenient hours. This store has convenient Saturday hours and accept Amazon returns. Just bring the code and they take your package and give you a receipt. The workers here are knowledgeable and helpful with the app, especially for people that aren't really tech savvy (it's me, I'm people). For shipping, they have tons of supplies and can recommend options that best meet your needs. read more

This location has become one of my new go-to's when in the area whereas in the past, I would never dare to step foot in here due to the employees. They were miserable, always made you feel like you were the problem and used to throw packages around, even if they said "delicate"on the outside. The new staff is friendly, efficient and patient. Been going to this UPS over a year for mostly Amazon returns and the staff has been great. They are friendly and fast and have seen pretty much anything Amazon throws at them. If there is a line it usually moves fast or they open another register if they have the staff. Stop on by! read more

Went in to ship a return back to Amazon. I had my QRC Code to return and the guy behind the counter tells me he has to charge me $2 to tape the box closed. Now $2 is not a lot but for a foot of tape? I can get a whole roll for that. Which BTW I did. read more

The worst experience! The store closes at 6:30pm so I started calling at 6:10 for more information and no one picked up after I called 3 times. I drove to the store with two packages for next day delivery, was greeted by a woman with a bad attitude who couldn't have been any less helpful! She told me that the Air shipments had gone and this wouldn't ship until tomorrow. I asked her if she knew of any other place to bring it. She said "saddle brook". I said is there a number for there and she said no. As I scrambled on my phone to find out what to do next she alerted me that the store was closing in 10 minutes and basically to get out. I left my boxes there without another option. I asked for a receipt for the boxes and was given an attitude that she had to do it. I WILL never be back there. And will never recommend it to anyone. read more

These people haven't a clue. Brought in documents to be laminated. The laminated half of them and I went on my way without looking in the bag. Got home, only half there. Called them. They argued with me about not having the rest of the documents or the folder I brought them in. I go all the way back to the shop and poof the rest of the documents and the folder are there. They charge x2 for a 2 sided document. Still the same amount of work and same amount product and effort. $60 for 8 pieces of paper is rediculous!!!! read more

I was told by a woman who sounds like she smokes at least 3 packs of cigarettes a day (so you can identify her) working at the UPS Store in Ramsey never to come back to the store. Firstly she made me wait at least 5 minutes before she bothered to come to the front of the store to help me. Then she was rude because my label couldn't be read by her machine. I asked her to type the number into her system since her reader wasn't working. Well you would think I had asked for the sun, the moon and the stars too. People can't solely rely on computers. There is no reason it could not be typed In the system except that it would take more time and more customer service. She said "THEY" don't want her to type it in. Sometimes you need to go old school instead of sending the customer to another UPS store where they were very happy to help me. read more

I needed to return an item and from the second I stepped in I got attitude. The worker saw me and rolled his eyes, ran to the front and asked what I wanted. He was continuously nasty all throughout our exchange. He didn't even tell me I was done and he walked to the back then yelled to leave the item there. I left it there and went on my way. Will my item be packaged? Will it be sent to the right place? Who knows! But what kind of customer service is this? To be nasty for no reason at all. Disgusting! read more

I wouldn't give this place any stars. It is the worst UPS store in the area. Do not under any circumstance ship your packages from there. They lost 5 of my packages and refuse to do anything about it. I have been a customer there for many many years but this new owner is terrible and her staff is worse. They do not know the meaning of customer service at all. The UPS store in Montvale offers much better service. This place is the worst. Run. read more

I am really disappointed. I went in and forgot to tape up my 2 packages and was charged $2.00 per package totaling $4.00 for 2 pieces of tape, I could have bought an entire roll (that I did not really need for less than $3.00). Everywhere else this has been a complimentary service, I will not return to this location. Making a few dollars on tape does not replace the value of a life long customer, really poor customer service. read more
