Donnie told me he would be happy to make the pickup and delivery for me. He picked the merchandise within 30 minuted of my call and thirteen hours later the delivery was made. Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders.
