Donnie told me he would be happy to make the pickup and delivery for me. He picked the merchandise within 30 minuted of my call and thirteen hours later the delivery was made. Along the way, Donnie texted me where he was at and with an estimate of how much longer it will take to get to his destination. I can not ask for any better service from Donnie and DELL TRANSPORT. The mechanics that Stoneham sent out were very nice, but I knew we had made a huge mistake when the mechanic said that the mowers they sell are cheap junk. I was appalled to hear this, but it got even worse when he told my husband that they sell farm tractors that usually fall apart within 2 years. The mechanic actually told my husband that next time he should buy a John Deer because all they sell is Cheap knock off mowers and tractors. Very nice people but spend your money on quality equipment or you will become good friends with their mechanics trying to keep the mowers cutting. I am posting this review to help save you money so you don't end up like my family.
