Donnie told me he would be happy to make the pickup and delivery for me. He picked the merchandise within 30 minuted of my call and thirteen hours later the delivery was made. I purchased a tractor from them a few years back. Two years later, I have the same issue except this time none of the lights including the glow plug indicator on the dash would come on. I once again contacted them and they picked the tractor up. After a week of not hearing anything from them, I stopped by to check on the status. I was informed that they made an adjustment on the switch and it was now working properly. I was told they were monitoring the tractor to determine why the lights would not come on, and it was not happening for them. He asked if I needed the tractor, which I did. They delivered the tractor that afternoon, the very next day I tried to turn it on and none of the lights/glow plug indicator came on. After leaving two messages I have not received a return call. Not the service I expected. The other issue that bothered me is the fact that when I was speaking with the service guy when I stopped in to check on the status, not once did he look me in the eye while talking to me, looking all around the room and at his desk, no eye contact what-so-ever.
