The location is clean, and easily found. The STAFF, are great. Helpful, courteous, efficient, NICE! and polite. Well lit, easily accessed. They are a rare commodity in the world of US Government employees. The Staff here, also remind me of the US Post Office, Somersworth, New Hampshire, who are just as considerate, kind and caring. They are also just wonderful to work with and very, very polite and kind. Two great Post Offices, in the same State..go figure! Both staffed by wonderful people, who SPEAK ENGLISH and really care about their jobs!

The lady DID NOT understand what she was being told, the Chinese lady DID NOT understand the situation, and the supervisor hiding out back was classic. Not only was what was said out back heard , the lady at the front counter did not clearly understand what her supervisor said. All in all, call it what it is, but this is evident proof on why individuals should not be hired for jobs to start with if they are incapable of simple conversations with customers, OR understanding English to start with.
