Upon walking in I was greeted by whom I could tell was the Store Manager and he immediately directed me to where I could process the Amazon return. The associate was ready for me, scanned my QR code, scanned the merchandise, tagged the box, printed my receipt and sent me on my way. I have honestly never had an experience go so seamlessly in a Staples so this will be my go to location moving forward. I wasn't even inside long enough to take pictures lol.

Also when buying here the sales tax is much cheaper than anywhere else in the state... I wish someone had written a review on Yelp! before I found them, it would have put my mind at ease but I really had nothing to worry about. They were quick. I found out I had to move across country 2 days before Thanksgiving! The guy who first took my call was polite and followed up several times to help make sure I could start moving ASAP after the holiday. Then the guys who picked up my stuff were true professionals. Watching them pack my stuff for transport to the warehouse was a thing of beauty. And they were just nice guys on top of it all. Then the guys dealing with my paperwork and the timing of my delivery were equally as nice. I had to store my stuff for a fuzzy amount of time because of problems nailing down a move-in date in Seattle. It was not a problem, even though it was the holiday. My move in date got moved up so they had to trigger my move a week or two early, and they timed it perfectly to the day! I could not move in until a Saturday, they had my stuff in Seattle by the first Monday after I was allowed in my apartment!! (They did this perfect timing miracle starting my shipment the Friday before Christmas and seeing it go across country during the New Years holiday!! They kept me in the loop. They were clear about the storage charges and even gave me a courtesy call before charging my card, even though I knew it was coming. This business is not identified as a U-Haul on the exterior of the building, but they are associated with U-Haul's website. Very difficult to find, just remember it is across the road from Miller Dodge. The place is a auto shop with a U-Haul truck store. It is not clean and it's very unorganized. But the gentleman was nice at the counter. Their truck inventory is very limited. It was fine for me since I was doing a local move. So, if you're looking for a complete UH location, travel down Rt 38 to the location in Mt Laurel.

They gave me a price under $20 for the double sided color prints. I can't remember the exact amount since it's been months now. They weren't lined up all that great but we managed to keep the text from being cut off by cutting out every card even bigger (I cut them myself). OK so then my mother passes two months later and I have to go through the same crap. I used the same layout as my dads and just changed the photo and text and sent it over. I stopped in and asked about pricing for printing and what it would cost additionally to have them cut - I was sick of cutting out hundreds of tiny cards. So he said $20 for the prints and $15 to have them cut totaling $35. I was broke so I wrote in the online order that I didn't want them cut. I show up and the bill is $28 for my uncut prints. I asked why and he said the other price was a discount for getting the cuts- I said but it's more expensive than the last time I got the exact same thing! I have to cut all these little cards out the night before the funeral so I just left cause I had no strength to argue. I got them out of the package and they looked like low quality trash - they never mentioned a quality issue. I took the same file to staples and told them what happened and he printed the order for free in under five minutes and saved the day! So much for local business!
