I have important court documents that need to be signed! It is super ridiculous that my attorney had sent out five letters and I haven't at all gotten any of them! In Prior Lake some Postal woman stole checks from TJ Hooligans Restaurant, but the manager blocked the checks before the money was taken out of his business account..This is why I don't trust postal Services with my mail or checks..Now I had told my attorney to hold my check in her office because it is horrible I get two different people's mail in my mail box, and the person delivering can't understand the residential numbers or mailboxes at all so please find someone else or give them a vision test because when it's more than ten peoples mail getting mixed up you need to find someone else who can do the job better or give a vision test yearly so the mail person understands who the mail is going too..Thank you!

What is going on with the Shakopee USPS ? My mail only comes twice a week. My bills are arriving…read morea week after the due date. Out going mail arrives late to the destination. I am sending g items to Minneapolis and Saint Paul and they take one to two weeks to arrive. When tracking items that have Twin City destinations I see them o to Montana then Denver then Milwaukee then back to Shakopee before they are delivered. If you are swamped then hire more people. This is very very bad.

Even though it had been located at the edge of the post office parking lot for 20 years, she said it was unsafe for her employees. The Belle Plaine City Council would like to install the drive-up drop-box on city property across the street from the post office, but that request has been denied. Plus, the post office parking lot with the handicapped parking spot has been closed to the public, so the post office is basically inaccessible for handicapped residents and senior citizens. All we need is a drive-up drop-box on city property!

The African American lady at the Lakeville, MN [20711 Holt Ave] USPS (there were two ladies and…read morethis one has ALWAYS refused to wear a name tag) was terribly rude to the people in front of me--the owner of Stoa's Small Engine Repair here in Lakeville, refusing to give him his package despite having the information and wearing his business outfit--and proceeded to be rude and gaslight about my package soon after. I received a text earlier today stating my package is ready to pickup. The lady did not even bat an eye before immediately stating it's a scam and tried to get the next customer in line. I told her I was expecting the package and have used USPS text messages reliably for months now. I was forced to pull up the tracking details on the USPS website on my phone before she even consider looking for it. Despite the WEBSITE AND TEXT stating it's ready for pick up since 7am at the HOLT AVE LAKEVILLE USPS LOCATION, she said she couldn't find it, now stating "It must still be on the truck". The order was specifically marked for pick-up since shipping. It was not a missed package that was later changed to pickup. I left Minneapolis early to come pick this up in time and this lady simply refused to be of any help and apparently done this to who knows how many people today. This was imperative as there was live animals in the package that I was trying to get ASAP instead of it being lost in limbo at this USPS because the lady came up with 20 different reasons why she has been unable to find this package or just simply refused to work.

Good with the bad…read more.. Our usual mail carrier is great and does an amazing job!!!! With that being said... The actual office personnel (INCLUDING MANAGEMENT) is deplorable. We've had missing mail multiple times over the past several years. The first complaint was met with an excuse of "it was a substitute mail carrier", followed by several complaints that management telling us "we will look into the matter" but never got ANY response and we were still missing merchandise, money, and greeting cards. Good thing we still got all of our bills. Even making a complaint to the (less than a) Post Master and on the USPS website... again, with NO response or resolve. Then we found out that this Lakeville office was paid a visit from a congressional body a few years ago regarding missing mail, management and other issues... and yet, NONE of these issues have been corrected. You will find long lines at the office, incompetent managers (if they are even in the office at all) and with every excuse of why it isn't their fault for missing items through their office. If it wasn't to buy shipping supplies or providing just the basic transactions... it is not worth your time nor effort. Value... what value??? This management and this office desperately needs to be gutted and revamped to correct the deficiencies that have been ongoing for years and will continue to fester until corrected.
