Like having a full laptop for note-taking in my pocket. But sometimes I need a little laptop for travel and the ASUS Transformer fit the bill perfectly. It is small enough to fit in a fanny pack, but it runs Windows 10. I dug it out recently in order to attend Zoom conferences for work. I was horrified to find that it had come unplugged. The battery had died and it was in a state that it could not recover from. As with the Palm TX, the ASUS Transformer was so perfect that it was discontinued and nothing like it is being made anymore. It seemed like a longshot, but I asked Chris if he would be willing to try to open it up. Fixing it is the easy part. Getting it open without breaking it is the scary part. I can't imagine anyone I would trust more than Chris to do this. Not only did he get it open. He fixed it and got it back together again as good as new. It works perfectly now. And he turned it around immediately. And he stayed in constant contact every step of the way. Who does that anymore? Not only are your repairs a kindness to those of us in need, Chris.
