I was…read moresomewhat apprehensive picking something off the Internet but UPack proved to be an outstanding choice. Everyone connected to UPack was so professional as well as being very supportive. I was relieved after picking UPack to find that a friend's son had used UPack to move from Connecticut to Seattle and he was very happy with the company. The company was great making quotes while leaving me the flexibility of going over on space requirements. I knew ahead of time all the costs that would be involved and the cost of my using extra footage in the truck. It is very hard to make estimates of how much stuff you really have. I ended up using an extra 3 linear feet in the truck. I knew ahead of time that each foot would be $32. So there were no surprises. I felt too that the extra space was a bargain for cost. My UPack move cost me 1/4 of what I had been quoted by a local moving company. I saved cost too by having family members and friends load my things in the truck. I would highly recommend UPack.

I unpacked the boxes into a storage unit in Warwick, but when we unpacked all of my totes and furniture, it was all ruined melted, totes. All my clothes smell like mold I had to throw everything away and filing a claim against them as we speak.

Turns out one of the washers I was using malfunctioned and when I asked for help from the owner he was angry with me and kicked me out. I was not aware that couldn't wash horse blankets there since my friends went there with no problem. I did not appreciate being talked to the way that I did.

It's right across the street from Neil Cook Memorial Park and a small baseball field. It's also next-door to a church. The postal workers here are VERY nice and friendly. I don't think I ever encountered a rude worker at this location... This location is NEVER BUSY. I don't think I have ever seen a person here- while I was here. They do have PO Boxes, as I've seen them in the lobby. Not sure what type of services they offer- because of how small of a location it is. But this is an ideal post office because it is NEVER busy! It's convenient for people who live in the area. I work in the area and I occasionally have to ship packages so I will just bring them with me and stop when I pass by one. This one is often on my route. JUSY AN FYI : Everyone that doesn't have a printer beware, NEARLY every time I try to print a label from a QR code they have an issue with it. So if you're trying to print from a QR code. Save yourself the trip- and just go to a different one. It's happened to me at least 5x here and I do not come here frequently!!!
