I didn't have a pick up slip because they never came to my door to attempt delivery. Signature was required on the package. I waited home all day to sign for the package and they never even came to my door to attempt delivery. When I went to pick up the package from the post office I was asked if I had a pick up slip. I told him no because they never attempted to deliver it. The entire time the attitude that I received was unbelievable. The package was to be delivered to my door. He insisted that it was hold for pick up at the post office. This is incorrect. Avoid this post office at all costs. If you live in this ZIP Code, I pity you. These people know they work for the government and are untouchable. Anyone who treated a customer this way without provocation would be reprimanded or fired in a private business. I didn't walk in with a chip on my shoulder, but I definitely walked out with one. Basic respect goes a long way.

So, unfortunately here I am publicly saying this location is missing the mark on customer service: I arrived at approximately 4:45 on a Saturday afternoon. There were 4 people ahead of me. 1 person on register. A person boxing items and a person in uniform loading a truck. The person on register seemed to be new/in training. They were asking the person boxing items a lot of questions. This is fine. Everyone has to learn. At 4:50 the person boxing says "your register will automatically shut down at 5:02". So, I'm watching and waiting for something to change. Cause there are now 4 people behind me. That's 8 people In line. Nope. At 4:53 the person at register says "just so you all know. The register shuts down at 5:02". To which I said, well I guess you need another person on the register. I'm not fond of being a grinch but at the point the associate working is telling me their staffing is going to cause me to not be able to complete my transaction, I am no longer patient. I'm not sure why person boxing didn't jump in to help. I'm not sure why cashier felt it necessary to tell us if we weren't lucky enough for them to figure out the process before 5:02 we were out of luck. But these "team members" sure didn't care about the 8 people who cared enough to patronize their employer. To those "team members" your employer requires patrons to keep their doors open. At some point when enough of us don't come back, there's not a need for "team members". Sorry to air your dirty laundry on Yelp. I tried to write this directly to those who could do something about it. UPS doesn't make it easy to tell them when something goes wrong.

This location does get a bit busy, but the team onsite is efficient. Parking can also get a bit chaotic, as its shared with a gym and other businesses, but I have never had a major issue. You can of course get a lot of basic shopping materials here, copying and printing, ship package on site or pay for pre-papackged items. They also have mailboxes on this location if you were interested in were interested in PO Box type solutions. I believe they also have a notary, but I beleive last time I was thre an a customer asked, they were not in, so I would suggest calling in advance to confirm! This could be a one off of course.

So if you had any last minute Xmas gifts ( or any other important mail or packages) that would have arrived Dec 23 or Dec 24, without warning they announced they were closed for two weeks with no way of getting your mail or packages. At least give ppl a couple days notice! Luckily my wife was forgiving and was ok with a gift 3 weeks later. This was very poorly planned out on their part and wasn't near any realm of good customer service. They've lost my trust.
