Instead she changed the system to say that I switched the package to be picked up at the USPS store, which I never did. Super rude given that I pay for Prime to have my packages delivered within a certain time frame. Hire better staff that can do their job properly and walk up to a door to deliver a package. The box I had waiting for me was way too heavy and oversized for me to carry. NOBODY stepped up to help. Not even the 4 men in line offered any assistance. Also, I find it very odd that the postal employees don't dress in uniforms or at least have some sort of ID on their apparel. Also chewing gum while serving customers is really bad manners. She has to be the ONE to know everything over the other counter staff who do just fine on their own. She is condescending to customers and constant long lines don't phase her. Five years ago, I found Dr. Lee and I will be with him until the day he retires. He is hands-down the best optometrist I have ever seen. He takes his time with his patients. He explains what is happening in your eyes. When my insurance company said they will not cover his office, I cancelled my vision insurance and paid cash for Dr. Lee; that is how strongly I feel about this man.
