Great service with that old small town feel. Every customer known by name. It's Waltons Mountain and Mayberry all rolled into one. At least it was I don't know the new older guy working there now. read more

Been going here for 20 years, and never have had any issues with anything until the new older guy working there started. Guy is a straight up jerk and has been unbelievably rude to my wife to the point she doesn't want to go in. And today he straight lied to my face about my packages (due next week) that arrived yesterday (had the package slip) had been delayed because the shipping company didn't put the PO number on them (I have never had issues with this in the past 20 year) when I picked them up today. I have alerts on my phone, including the early delivery alert, and the tracking information... when I pulled those up he got extremely abrasive. Guy needs a reality check and work ethic class. Used to actually enjoy going to the post office here and was friendly with the past post masters... first time I've ever had any issues here. read more

This "post office " returned 7 properly addressed letters from Salisbury Bank & Trust Co. to me,…read morecosting me $45.00 in charges from the bank. Fortunately SBT reversed three of the charges and after numerous emails to to someone in the consumer affairs division of the post office, I was reimbursed $30.00 by the Canaan post office. Has anyone else had issues with the Falls Village office?

I love this post office, it's so vintage! It's located in the plaza with the Sharon Farm Market, so…read moreparking isn't an issue. There are only a few spots directly in front of the building, but lots of spots further in. The inside looks original to the building, whenever that may be. The boxes are small and there's a lot of brown. It's adorable! They also have a shop inside with plenty of boxes, mailers, cards, and of course stamps. They have frequent turnover in customers (one goes out, one comes in) and sold out of their Christmas stamps at the beginning of December. The employees were really friendly though, even though there is this constant activity.
