The arm of the jacket and the seat of the pants both have damage (as pictured) that is clearly from their machines. The shirt which is brand new has pulls and damaged snap buttons that no longer work. When I brought the suit in to show them the issue, they offered no remediation. Not even a refund of the $22.50 cost to clean the shirt. They tried claiming it was moth holes which is impossible. Look up moth holes. They chew through the entire material. This is not that. Very disappointed.

So he took my phone number and told me that his father would call me if there were any issues and he said the dress would be done in 3 days. Today, exactly two weeks later, I go in to pick up my dress and the owner is there. He looks around, doesn't find the dress, asks me what color it was, then aimlessly walks around some more looking (the place is not that big). Then he asks me if I can come back because he can't find it and I said no I really can't, so after spending several more minutes walking around aimlessly, he started to say again that I was going to have to come back when he happened to look underneath the counter and pulled out my dress, which was not clean, and had been sitting there for the last two weeks in the same bag. He offered no explanation, no apology, just stood there looking at me. I took my dress and went somewhere else. Complete waste of my time.

We held our wedding at a summer camp and he said it was the dirtiest dress he had ever seen I wore it all night walking through the woods. Firstly, I came in on a Friday around 9:20am and the owner mentioned my suit jacket and white button down would be ready by 3pm. They don't wash on Saturdays, but the desk is open to pick up clothing items. I had a wildly busy Friday, so this Saturday pickup option was awesome for me. Right in time to head up to the Met in New York! The owner(s) I think are a really sweet couple, and it's apparent that they get good business from how full their (excuse my pleb vocabulary) laundry rack(?) is. People only usually think to leave reviews when they've had either a wildly negative or wildly positive experience, so I thought I'd leave this as your everyday review. Overall: suit jacket came out perfectly, button down came out perfectly, everything was timely, owners were kind, what more can I say? The price for both was $21 including tax, I have no idea if that's good or bad because it's the first time I've done dry cleaning, but I'll definitely be back. Peace and love

Beware! Under new ownership. I used to come here all the time and the old owner was amazing. The…read morenew ones are terrible. I just picked up a dress I had altered for a special event. They completely ruined it. It came back a full 6 inches shorter in the back than in the front. I mentioned it when I went in initially as the way she had it pinned made it look like it would be shorter in the back but she assured me that was just the way she pinned it and the finished product would be fine. It is not. It's not even wearable at this point. I will never go back here. They have no idea what they're doing. They didn't ask me to try it on when I picked it up and I didn't really think anything about it because it was a straightforward alteration. Now I know why they just let me walk out with it.
