The notification from website said my package was delivered today in the parcel box and I went to…read morethe mailboxes and no key, I called the customer service 800# they filed a report. I really needed those items. So I tried calling Pritchard St., in Utica, I literally called 15 times and when they said leave message but you couldn't leave one. So I went to the post office they made it sound all good, she was going to tell a supervisor, and they said they were going to find the driver. Really look to see who had my route. Needless to say no one called no package delivered. This is the 2nd time this has happened and the post office found the driver the 1st time and he brought it my house and apologized for putting key in different mailbox. Postal service is absolutely horrible!!

I went to claim insurance on the damage but…read morefound out this shipper only insured it for $200 dollars when we told him it was worth $1750. when I confronted him about it he said we signed a paper that stated $200. we asked him to produce the document and he couldn't. his response was you're getting a reasonable amount from FedEx I'm having no further contact with you. he would not return a simple email when I asked him to let me know when he receives the check from fedex and when he sends it out. no response. instead I received a check in the mail with $24 postage due. what terrible customer service. I support all veteran owned businesses but its representatives like him that give veteran owned businesses a bad name. I was a returning customer and to treat me with such terrible customer service and lies, Ill never go back but I doubt if he cares.

We live about 30 mins outside of Utica. Adis came out and was on time and kind (this was the only…read morestars he earned). He told us we needed a part for our older model double-oven. He said he'd look for the part and get back to us by the next day. I texted several days later after not hearing back, and he was completely unfamiliar with who I was. He finally called and said that he emailed a company and was waiting for an email back. Then he said he was really busy between "50 calls a day" and an upcoming knee surgery, but he would let me know what response he got back. We never heard back. I later texted that we found a part and would replace it. Come to find out, that part wasn't even the problem! So he took our money as a diagnostic, never folllowed through, and was incorrect on the problem. Hoping this experience was an exception and not the norm.

I would not recommend this company to anyone…read more I was schedule for a repair with a huge window of 9am to 5pm. I spent all day waiting and even called them twice. They never showed up or had the decently to return my calls and give me a status. I finally got a call at 6:30pm from a technician not associated with AEL who agreed to come the next day at 8am
