We live about 30 mins outside of Utica. Adis came out and was on time and kind (this was the only…read morestars he earned). He told us we needed a part for our older model double-oven. He said he'd look for the part and get back to us by the next day. I texted several days later after not hearing back, and he was completely unfamiliar with who I was. He finally called and said that he emailed a company and was waiting for an email back. Then he said he was really busy between "50 calls a day" and an upcoming knee surgery, but he would let me know what response he got back. We never heard back. I later texted that we found a part and would replace it. Come to find out, that part wasn't even the problem! So he took our money as a diagnostic, never folllowed through, and was incorrect on the problem. Hoping this experience was an exception and not the norm.

They never showed up or had the decently to return my calls and give me a status. I finally got a call at 6:30pm from a technician not associated with AEL who agreed to come the next day at 8am

The only issue I had was that Yelp doesn't allow me to give her 6 stars! ******! Darlene was awesome. We needed notarized signatures from several new neighbors for a land deal to revise restrictive covenants. We visited several neighbors in the evening that were prescheduled. One had to run out prior to our visit and we had to wait for his return. Darlene was extremely informative, friendly, flexible, and efficient. Better than that, she was genuinely a nice person which is huge in my books! I'd recommend Darlene for any Notary needs! read more
