I'm going to start logging how many trips to the post office it takes to ship an item, and what percentage of those items make it to their destination. So far I'm averaging 2 trips to the post office per package shipped, and a 50% success rate at items getting to their destination.

This is an updated review. ive lived in this town 10+ years now and this post office has gone from…read morebad to the absolute worst in the county! from the post master to the delivery supervisor to the carriers and clerks...they cant seem to have a red flag on the mail box or a scheduled pickup thru .com to get them to pick up packages.......and i am NOT including the box out front of their office that gets broken into once every so often!!! how about a 'turnstile' built into the wall for packages after hours...no, 'what's that? , ive never seen one' I recently had a box returned to me, because the label got ripped in THEIR SYSTEM, so they could not see the delivery address. They would not resend or refund the postage. 'its not priority we cant do anything' AND 'how do i know you didnt send it out like that'

Also, it seems that the employees are happy because they're always friendly & helpful. It can be slow if people don't know what they want, but that's at any post office. For the past three years I have lived in Reddick, I have never seen it crowded. Even during Christmas time! They get you in and out quickly. There's parking in the front and side of the building and also a drive-through drop off for letters. My only suggestion would be for them to dust the front door more often. There are some cobwebs that hang out in the corners and on the door there regularly, but honestly, it's such a small thing. It's typical to see cobwebs outside many places in this area during the summer. Otherwise, nothing but positive things to say about this USPS location! Definitely recommend checking them out.
