He's started as a very spirited, strong headed kid which had led to some issues in school. Master Lee didn't kill his spirit but redirected it into something productive. My son has been more disciplined and more respectful since he started doing tae kwon do at Master Lee's. It gave him a purpose and he looks forward to advancing to the next belt level. I really like how he is being taught that he needs to work hard for what he wants. When the coronavirus pandemic started, I was really worried that his routine will be disrupted but Master Lee was quick to adapt to the changes imposed by the pandemic. They did online classes for his weekly lessons. My son did his belt testing yesterday at Master Lee's and it was just the 4 of us there. There were hand sanitizers everywhere and all of us wore masks. My son finished and got his advanced green belt. He came home happy and excited and proud of his work. Thank you, Master Lee and Ms. Set!

Classes are offered throughout the week to fit everyone's schedules. They have waiting room for parents where they can view the kids practicing. The staff is very patient with the kids. The environment is centered around principles of respect, hard work, discipline, the value of others and love of country; with a dash of indoor soccer and a heap of laughter. GrandMaster was the coach for the US Olympic Team for ten years. I believe with his experience, teaching style and love for his sport, there is no better a person to have as a leader, coach and mentor to young persons.
