Wish I would have come here before going to this place to find a reliable vehicle. Not a full 24hrs and the Ford truck we purchase started having problems. Our sales rep Bruce promised the vehicle had been checked and there weren't any issues. Well the taillights sometimes worked, we change the battery and put in a new alternator. The purpose of getting the vehicle was to run a business and loss more than gained. When I asked for some customer service or a resolve to the problem the only result was to "look at it and see what can be fixed" Then told me I was lying when I confronted Bruce about the truck condition where he said everything was checked. My friend recommended the place he bought 5 cars from them.. So u can imagine my shock when I was told that I could go ahead and go home they will be in touch with me if they could get me into one, after there sales associate sexual harassed me for an hour, and then he sexual assaulted me while showing me a car...I left there in tears and horrified..When I got home and told my husband, we agreed to not judge the place based on one bad apple. So the next day I called up there and spoke with the owner, and to be honest I felt that it did no good. All he could say was if it happened, and i will look into it.. However I still havent heard anything back from anyone.. about a vehicle or the incident.. my lawyer has suggested me to file a report with authorities. I have never written a review on any place of business before in my life. Two days ago (6/18/16) I had purchased a 2005 Nissan Altima with 190,000 miles on it from USA Auto brokers. The majority of the staff seemed friendly and helpful enough with the exception of a couple of employees. Despite the friendly demeanor of the workers something was quite unsettling. It appeared to me that they had no concern for my best interest, only that of themselves and the company. I drive my newly purchase Nissan off the lot and truly believed I had made a gear decision. Later I was proven to be wrong. Not even 36 hours after buying my new car, it died on me in the middle of the road. After towing it to a mechanic the verdict was that my alternator had gone out. I calmly called the main office to see what could be done. No one was apologetic nor did they offer any solution. It was made clear that I had bought the car "as is" without any warranty. I understand they had no legal obligation to rectify the situation but possibly an ethical obligation was in order. The only hint of help they offered me was a referral to a mechanic. Now I'm out 4 grand and I'm without a car. I've said all of this to warn others to throughly research the car being bought and don't expect USA Auto brokers to respond quickly to a problem that may arise. Update- after talking with the managers they agreed to cover almost half of the repairs necessary to get my car fixed. They were friendly and apologetic. I had a referral to call Joshua, who was all happy go lucky. He told me about how they're work with you, etc., and that he'd call me back when he did the numbers. That was around 1030 this morning and I still haven't heard from him smh. Then I called about 20 minutes ago and spoke to a fast talking so called manager named Chris. He told me out me on hold and looked up my app; why I eat on hold for 4 minutes, the call got disconnected smh. If you had my app, why didn't you call back? This was a back up dealer; that fell through. My whole point is JUST BE HONEST. If you can't help or don't want to help, tell me. I'm not gonna cry or me upset because you told me; I'm going to be upset because you wasted my time and effort for NOT TELLING ME. In retrospect, from what other people have told me about this dealership, it's a good thing they didn't call lol. But that still doesn't take away from the fact they didn't do me the courtesy of telling me. It's really that simple: treat others like you want to be treated. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND - Bought a truck from this dealership in July 2019, and since then we've replaced the rack and pinion (over $1500 repair), and then the transmission went out before we'd had the vehicle 6 months. Just now repaired the transmission (over $2500.00). AC doesn't work anymore and it blew nice and cold when we bought it. Plus, we had to immediately replace brake pads and rotors. Customer service was okay, not great when we purchased the vehicle. We've tried contacting them since about all the repairs, and have never received a response. This has to be the worst car lot in Houston Texas I purchased a 2013 Kia forte and within a week the entire motor died they agreed to fix the motor and kept my car for two months and never worked on it until I called my car company on them, They've been told my car company they would have it fixed in a week it then took them three weeks to give the car back (meanwhile USA AUTO along with my bank HARASSED me for several days straight for my car payment) I received the car back and with in three days the car completely shut off again in the middle of a road on the highway they instructed me that they would not be able to come and get the car till the next day on a Saturday and I had to leave it on the side of the road and or catch tow truck back. After they had my car for what seemed like a Nother month to two months they finally told me and called me back and told me that it was taking too much money from their pockets to fix the car they sold me that was broken and they offered me another car. So this time around they offered me a 2012 Chrysler 200 which at the time I figured it was a good deal because it was nice and clean on the inside or so I thought first they made me pay $600 tax title and license when I already paid them tax title and license for my other car . as I pull off the lot I noticed there were little critters as in roaches crawling around I bought a small thing of bug spray and I figured that would satiate or remedy the problem it did not!!!! it only made it worse the next day I get in my car to come to work and there are roaches crawling from everywhere. And lo and behold this car also breaks down on me they told me it was the alternator so I had the car towed to them after I got off of work because it broke down at my job they said that it sounded like the alternator and they would have it fixed by Monday which is Mother's Day so I gave them extra day because of the holiday I pick the car up Tuesday and the check engine light was still on and there were still roaches crawling in and out of the car I knew then that they had not exterminated the car or changed the alternator and that all they did was put a brand new battery in it so I took it to my own mechanic and had him do a diagnostic which cost me $200 they did the diagnostic and found out that the alternator was never changed this is when I found out that they only put a new battery in it. So in addition to that I went and bought three packs of roach bomb sprays for my car I then had to get a gas fuel cap put on as well because they gave it to me and there was not one there. I called Mr. Bob and spoke to him directly and told him that this was still a problem his direct answer to me was well you can go and get roach spray yourself and fix it your self. I recorded the entire conversation just so I would have someone to show later on . He (bob) proceeds to get loud with me and tell me that I was broke and could not pay the extra $300 for the rest of my tax title and license. While I did have the money I did not want to pay because I just spent the same money that I would've spent on my tax title license getting the car fixed. So today May 31 Iris one of the receptionist sends me a personal text message to my phone and her words were "you just need to bring the car back since you keep complaining about it so much" I have not complained about the car with in weeks because I fixed everything on it myself I also am not going to bring the car back because I already paid my car note and put my own money in the car. Racist rip off! They stole 1000 dollars from me and I had to call the cops on them. I went there to purchase a car for my son a cash car, they disrespect from the door was atrocious! They didn't even acknowledge the fact that we were standing there, no one tried to help us and when I asked for a salesman he got real sarcastic and rude. It was horrible until a salesperson naked Chris came and took over. The first sales guy walked off mid conversation to help this white couple who had just walked up, like we didn't exist. I made a deal with Chris put 1000 down and signed all kind of paper work. Chris says the paper tag and key will be ready for you in 15-20 min. Me and my son go to lunch for about an hour to pick up the keys, once again they don't even acknowledge our presence or treat us like humans, and when I asked for the key she hadn't even started on the papers. I said these people are rude and this place is unprofessional, so the owner who has been rude from the time we stepped foot in the door said I changed my mind give her a refund. I had been there for hours, mind you the 1000 is a card transaction so it's gone!!!!!! I have to wait for a refund, IF THEY REFUND IT. I called the cops. The owner told me and my son to get off his property, took our money and kicked us out, then threatened to do something to us if we didn't leave. Mind you he has my 1000 dollars and treats us like this. I cried and cried, never been so disrespected in my life, and it was very hard for my African American son to watch us get done like that. These people are crooks, racist, and have no heart. If my money is not back in my account by Monday the police told me to press charges, also the cops told me, he 100,000 percent believed this guy done this to me and the cop apologized numerous times and kept saying he hated in this day and time we had to go through this.
