(also proves how much you get ripped off at other places), the staff were friendly and warmly welcomed us, their kitchen is 'open plan' so they arent hiding anything. I ordered a chicken supreme pizza, when i opened the box i was a bit shocked, there was no topping! I nearly took it back but as i was really hungry i ate it anyway, then i discovered that they put the 'toppings' underneath the cheese,(never seen that done before). The pizza was fantastic! He, his wife and children (toddlers at the time) were such wonderful people. No Chinese place in America (that I've had) can compare to Rising Star. So many times I have wished to travel back to the UK just for my favorite meal "Spiced Smoked Chicken". None of the Chinese people with restaurants , in any if the States I've lived in, have heard of it. I'm sure it's just as delicious as in 2000 so I give 5 STARS :-)
