Orion 180 accepted my coverage knowing what type of roof I have, got the full payment than 2 months later canceled my policy stating that they do not cover rolled roofs. Because the policy according to them was active less than 3 months I was charged 20% of the policy earned premium, plus $301.00 fee with no explanation , plus 49.00 cancelation fee plus $86.50 for taxes. I received a check for $4457.85 I believe this was a scam from Goosehead which is not returning emails or calls and Orion 180 as well!!! Be aware do not use either of these companies

Terrible experience…read more I had referred a lot of business to this company over the years, but their service has declined significantly. I received a call claiming they could save me about $70 per month on my car insurance while keeping the same coverage. After switching, they submitted the wrong vin number to the State of Florida, and I was only three days away from having my driver's license suspended for supposedly not carrying insurance. On top of that, they somehow mixed up my email address with another customer's account. I continued receiving signature requests and insurance notifications intended for someone else, which was both frustrating and concerning. It gets worse. When my car broke down, I found out I didn't have roadside assistance like I did under my previous policy. That mistake ended up costing me $550 for a tow. The $70 per month I was supposedly saving disappeared very quickly. The representative who sold me the policy seemed completely unfamiliar with the product and failed to explain important differences in coverage. What was presented as a cost-saving move has ended up costing me far more money and headaches than it was ever worth. I will be switching back immediately.
