I am also a professional Aestechtitan and would love to be able to wax myself but that's not possible. She tore my skin, I had bruising all around my legs and privates (I've never had that before in my life) She not once held the skin after she ripped the wax off so I was in extreme pain. And I asked if she could please hold it for 1-2 seconds after removing the strip to reduce pain and she acted like she's never heard that before in her life. I could feel her anxiety and frustration and it made the whole experience worse. Then the worst part... she kept trying to wax the same area and just kept building up more and More wax until I finally stopped her and asked her what was going on. When u looked down, it looked like a horror scene. I then just took over the appointment bc of my own frustration and pain. I had to grab the wax remover and let the clumped up wax disintegrate (she kept trying to help by quickly rubbing and trying to force the wax off and I immediately told her to stop) . I then had to grab the cleanser and cleanse myself. I'm literally doing everything myself and trying to explain to her why I'm doing this at this point. (like she's never heard it before) I then had to hold my private area so she didn't accidentally get wax on it. She kept repeating how she doesn't do these often and she's so thankful I was able to fix it. This was a terrible experience! If you know you're not good or comfortable with Full Brazilians .. DO NOT OFFER THEM!!!!! She then said "I'm going to take off $5 for the inconvenience" and my mouth dropped. I literally did the whole appointment basically myself and was in extreme pain for the rest. Front desk didn't say anything about it. I will never be going back there for a waxing experience! I am a licensed professional and am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with the lack of education and professionalism. If I could give my wax zero stars I would.

I received a call back from the Salon saying that they only had two people working there right now and when they are doing nails they don't answer the phone, which I totally understand. They told me there would be another nail tech available in January which will make things better for them and phone calls. I totally thought the call was very nice and good for their business. My manicure easily lasts two weeks and sometimes even longer. Bobbi also gives a great pedicure. Her tanning beds are always clean and sanitized and she always reminds you to get goggles before going in. We called and were able to get in the next day! When we arrived we were greeted with welcoming faces and a relaxing vibe. All she did was make each nail a different length & shape. She seemed shocked when I told her I wanted them the same length. She spent 7-10 minutes messing my nails up. I also, got the most expensive pedicure & she didn't remove the calluses. When I asked her to please work on them more there was an up charge (they're still the same as when I went in). $20 up charge for gel polish. I'm not even charged that on Maui. Do your self a favor & go somewhere else!! I wish I hadn't of paid. This place is the literal worst. UPDATE: The bigger question is why is MANAGEMENT of the salon so quick to call every bad review a LIE? Because they know it's true, perhaps? In fact, that is the case!
