Pleasant, facility is clean and nicely painted, fairly priced for services requested: pedicure and manicure (french, dip).

I dropped off my teenage daughter to get her nails done at this establishment and the man who runs this store was rude to her, ignored her requests, gave her horrible customer service, and took advantage of her innocent nature. Even though the man was rude and did her nails wrong, she paid for them and even tipped the workers because she is a good kid and that's what she thought she was supposed to do. After I picked her up she was upset so I called them on the phone to voice my concerns and then I went back in to ask for the money back. The man screamed at me and attacked me for asking for my child's money back for the botched service he gave. It was her hard earned money and he did a fast crappy job to take it from her. He is the most disgusting human being and he should be in jail for how he treats children. Keep your children away from this man!! He needs to find God! Do not go here!!! Zero stars read more

Worst nails I have ever gotten done, I asked her to fix them and I still left with them looking like trash

I've been going here for years and the last few times I've been, the service is just completely lacking. Vinny did my nails yesterday and it seems like he's just so rushed and annoyed to even be working. I only went in for a fill and my nails came out so incredibly thick I couldnt even stand to look at them. I ended up pulling them off today because they were so ugly. First time, the gentlemen that did my nails did a horrible job. i Asked for a French square tip. Short length to my finger tips. Thin white line. Fairly simple. His issue was shaping. The shaping was obnoxiously uneven. It was a simple sharp square tip. He got an attitude with me and didn't understand at first. When he did he failed to correct it. The acrylic was hardened underneath the nail attached to my skin. Parts of it everywhere. The light pink polish was not evenly distributed on the nails. I asked for some random gems placed on each nail. They made that very awkward and making me feel like a burden or like I was being difficult. They charged me $50. I will never go back and wish I never even got mine done. I should've asked for them to have been taken off. I am very unhappy and wish I lived closer and was able to correct them. My friend was getting hers done and had a bad experience at my place. That's the only reason I didn't make more of a fuss. She goes here monthly. Apparently doesn't have a problem. read more

Do not recommend! Went in for a pedi and the girl used a pumice stone on the TOP of my foot! Not only that but she used more force in the top than she did on the bottom.... the tops of my feet are red, marked up & sore. When I asked if it was normal to do this, I haven't had a pedi in a couple of years, she smiled and told me they just wanted to make sure my feet were clean! Trust me they were, I showered before I went in. I would never again go to this place or recommend to anyone! read more

Their prices are reasonable & I've been getting a lot of compliments on my nails . I usually show them how I want my nails and they do their best to do them how I want. Well... I went to this salon looking to get acrylic nails. The guy put the tips on, cut them and I liked the length, but as he cut more they looked horrible. I asked if he could redo them and he did but he was very rude about it. The nails came out uneven and all different lengths. Then a woman did my polish and never painted nude on first. I got black and white French tips and you would usually put nude on first but nope. Don't recommend! read more

I had a gel manicure here and within two days it was literally curling up on the sides and I was able to completely pull off the polish from my nails. My nails looked extremely damaged underneath as the polish just peeled off. They're also extremely rude and some of the employees don't speak english so they look at you like you're crazy when you're telling them how you want your nails. read more

Don't waste your time or valuables. *Reason it was the worst manicure: They cut me and it was extremely painful the entire time and it would not stop bleeding. *Reason it was the worst pedicure: The cutting around my nail was painful and there was no time spent on the actual pedicure. They rum soap on your legs for a second and completely forget about the rest of the lower leg.
