This is currently my favorite spot for pedicures. I love to go and get the top level pedicure. It feels like a cross between a regular nail place and a day spa. They are really clean, really polite, really hard working. The top level pedicure includes a foot rub and a "chair massage." For the chair massage they actually dip your hands in paraffin wax and put your hands into heated mitts. It's ultra relaxing and a great option to loosen up without going for a full massage, plus you walk away with your feet looking great! I would and do recommended Cinderella nails to everyone. read more

When I went in they were very friendly until they realized I wanted my nails removed. Seemed like they didn't want a small job. Asked me to wait, but then took me fairly quickly. However, the dust collector machines were filthy, and my technician stopped several times to help greet new customers that came in. All in all, I felt like I was a burden. It was uncomfortable and unfortunate as I was looking for a new nail place. read more

I came here for the first time this week and they did a great job with my polish. What I will say is I really enjoy the experience of a pedicure. And by that I mean the foot massage, the scrubbing of the bottom of my feet to get the dead skin off and the exfoliation of my feet and calves. I did not experience that here. I also found this spot a bit pricey, the gel pedicure I got was $50. read more

Very unprofessional and greedy. I was getting my nails done and saw them pretty much harassed another lady on her way out because she did not give enough tip. She did state that the job done was not great as well. The guy who did my nails at least did not have the greatest hygiene with my nail care. Please go elsewhere if you can. read more

We had two experiences The first one was a very nice lady who was gentle and took her time, and did a lovely design. The other experience wasn't as delightful. I wanted a cow print, seems pretty simple, but they said that was too complicated. While my cousin got a very complicated design on hers. It went by way too fast and I'm disappointed in the outcome. The best shop!! The inside is very chic and pretty. I can't even put into words how respectful, sweet, friendly, polite, and hospitable the staff is. The pedicure I got was amazing, the skin soak, foot soak, exfoliation, massage, hot stones were a dream and everything you could think to want in a pedicure. The manicure was equally amazing and Lucy did an amazing job recreating the design I found online. The negative reviews found on here that are sadly lowering their rating are because of uv lamps being hot (duh, that happens everywhere), and the workers talking to each other (just because you can't understand them, doesn't mean it's about you, they're running a business and working with each other), both of these are invalid and I would recommend anyone to go here any day! They're very clean inside but the quality of nails has gone way down hill. I no longer get pedicures there because they were so rushed and barely scrubbed my feet. My gel manicures chip within a week every single time. They also never get new nail colors. Just going to take a break from here for a while. read more

They do a pretty good job. If you like SZ Young on Pine street, you're in luck because I think the owners are the same? If not, perhaps the owners used to work with SZ young. Expect the same level of service with luxury pedicures. My only complaint is the removal of packages. I loved choosing a combo package at a reduced rate, and when I went back in for my monthly service they were removed from the menu and prices have increased. read more

I had Yoyo and she was so kind and thoughtful. She even gave me a two minute massage while my nails were drying. The prices are great and they even did a great job waxing my eyebrows! Definitely recommend. read more

Was my first time there on Saturday I was getting a full set and gel polish First the guy was contouring my hand in weird positions then when he put the acrylic on he told me to put my hand in the warmer then I felt a burning like acid on my fingers was to the point where I wanted to cry I asked the guy why it hurt and burned he told me it was because it was hardening I will never go there ever again read more

I dropped my daughter & her friend off to get their nails done. About an hour later my daughter calls me crying to come pick them up that they kicked her friend out bcuz she asked them to shape the one nail to match the rest. The guy was getting frustrated. Was talking to the lady in Chinese. The lady told my daughters friend ur not welcome you get out. So my daughter said im not going to stay if your screaming at my friend. The guy was pulling on her finger wouldnt let her leave. The girl made her pay $30 when all they did was glue the tips on. Refused to give me back the $30. This is the most unfriendliest & unprofessional nail place ive ever been too. I wouldnt recommend. We are paying for a service & if we want our nails to match the rest then they should fulfill that service. read more

I really used to love coming here for my pedicures, even got my husband to come too. today when we went in they took us right away but our pedicure was about 10 minutes long. can't believe how rushed it was. They used to give a 2 minute shoulder massage...didn't even get that. It was very disappointing. I guess we'll have to find another place to go. read more

Favourite place! SUPER clean, friendly, and overall awesome! I got a manicure and pedicure. They have a bunch of various pedicure spas - green tea, hot stone - you name it! The manicure/pedicure is beautiful! Absolutely love the attention to detail and the care the team puts in. HIGHLY recommend this place! Rude! Workers chatting amongst selves! the manicurist made a mess of the nail polish....kept applying coats to fix her goof ups...had to return as so much polish made it so gooey! She was indignant about it! Never will return! read more
