I was shown the entire process and had full view of the computer work being inputted. We walked through each step needed, she took her time with my itemizations, and was extremely helpful in explaining each process. I own a business, and she never sugar coated any expectations on my return or what I would owe. That's how it should be. They were very knowledgeable and at one point there was an instance she wasn't completely confident about, so she consulted the other agents and we were comfortable moving forward. I'm so impressed. The building is small and cute. Parking is in the rear. The only unfortunate about this spot is that there's no private rooms that I saw, so you're in a shared space with others.
