Poor communication, missed initial deadline, told me my return is "almost ready" and said i overpaid taxes where in fact I owed a lot of money (sic). And the terribly sketchy billing "method" - they sent me invoice for double of amount to what was agreed upfront, backdated several months to incur "interest charges" and when I tried to dispute it, stopped replying to my emails.
