This place is horrible! Would not recommend to anyone. I would tell them to run. Every time I have come here (4x now) there is an issue. I came here back in February. It was hard to make an appointment. When I came to my original appointment they had to reschedule because both accountants were behind. Came back again, sat and waited 2 1/2 hours past my appointment time. They finally filed my taxes but I recently was notified (in Oct) that the accountant messed up my taxes - received a letter from the IRS saying it wasn't filed properly. Back here again. I called and made an appointment with the main accountant "Pablo" because of the issues I have now. I showed up to my appointment and was notified he went on vacation and they don't know when he will be back. I asked why they made the appointment with me if he isn't here. I asked when he would return and they have no idea. I've never known someone who can just leave a business and not tell his front office when he will return. I still kept my appointment with another accountant (the one who messed up my taxes to begin with). 1 1/2 hours later waiting to be seen. Horrible customer service and horrible accounting!! This place is located on South St and Bumby right by the 408. It's located in a strip of an older pale yellow building with probably ten doors; this company resides in multiple doors so you go into one door to get to the main office and then they tell you to go outside and go to the door that applies to you. They have been here a few decades. They have a lot of people working there at all times, not just for filing taxes. Jose Mesa did my taxes and he did them fast, efficiently, I got a big return and it was cheap. This was all right before taxes were due too. I used to to go to Jackson Hewitt for my returns but I would have to wait, they took forever to do my returns and cost an arm and a leg. read more

This young lady is as experience and professional in her job as anyone there. I am glad to have found them and will continue to go there. They are not a fancy office, But, they are "The Real Deal." That is one of the many reasons they are always pack. So, make an appointment, though PLEASE Be Patient. Keep in mind other clients are there for the same reason as you.
