RUN!! Do not go here no matter what!! The front staff was very polite and friendly, but the doctor that's there is the most inept person I've ever met in my life! He stuck me with the needle over and over and over, as you can see from the number of needle holes, trying to get this little bitty place inside my vein. After so much time, he had to stop and told me I would have to come back for him to try again, LOL! He offered me numbing of the leg, and I kept telling him how bad it was hurting. He said they had some freezing spray in the other room and he'd get it if he needed to. He called the ultrasound assistant in to help him because he couldn't do it himself. When he was finished trying, he said that's it for today you will need to call and reschedule to do it again. I thought he must have another appointment coming in or something. He left the room, the poor kid cleaned me up and bandaged me and when I left, the doctor was in his office on his phone and the two staff were outside smoking. There was no one there to tell me goodbye, what I should do for my wounds, have a nice day. Nothing. Don't even consider this place!! I'm fighting with them now to get my money back for the procedure that was not done. They called me the next day to see when I wanted to reschedule to come back in and I told him, "Yeah, no. They have no phone lines. When you call you only reach a call center that's supposedly in Chicago but I'm thinking most of those people are not in Chicago but I can be wrong. If I could give this place ZERO stars I would! My mom has gone twice and sits in the waiting room and twice she has gone for nothing! Today she went and was told the doctor was not there after being there for 45 minutes! They still had the audacity to charge for a copay! I contacted customer service and was advised it could take up to 30 days for a refund! Please don't go here people! They front desk people are absolutely no help, rude and racist! read more

AVOID THIS BUSINESS. Wow. What a disgusting office and superior level of incompetence. When I walked in, I was surprised with the appearance of the lobby. It didn't look clean or like a medical office, more like someone's dirty den room. But, I gave them the benefit of the doubt and continued with my check in. After 20 minutes, I was asked if I could reschedule for another day because the doctor had an emergency. I told them it was already difficult to make this appointment because of my busy schedule. They then blamed the appointment on their call center. (?) I have a feeling, once they learned I was here for a cosmetic procedure instead of a more serious condition covered by my insurance, they decided they didn't want to service me. Bad business! this location- my first appointment I waited for two hours before I had to ask the front desk when I would start the scan. they had no eta. so I ended up leaving. I tried one more time and on the phone prior to the appointment I made sure to verify- I need to be seen at my appointment time- I understand sometimes 15-30 minutes late. well over an hour after my appointment I went back to the front and asked when I would get seen and they had no information. !!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS BUISNESS !!! I worked here for nearly two years until recently when they hired new Dr's who were completely clueless on how to perform any vein procedures the company offered, Dr Peel steals money from the patients which has been on camera and witnessed by multiple employees who emailed corporate and they did nothing about it, he double charges patients who already paid for procedures and pockets the money. He does not wear gloves during procedures, and both him and Dr. Mahoney will spend hours trying to access a vein and never gain access and use NO form of numbing medication, only to tell the patients to reschedule and come back where they are charged again. Dr Mahoney performed a laser procedure on the wrong leg three weeks ago, all of this has been brought to corporates attention but nothing is done about it. Dr Peel is the training Dr (who is brand new himself) and trained multiple Dr's how to do these procedures INCORRECTLY. Do not go to any of the USA vein clinic locations and be treated by these Dr's... Dr Hsu is the only Dr in the Dallas/Fort Worth area who has been with the company for years and does everything correctly, he treats each patient with care and respect. This company is a complete fraud from billing to the unprofessional and unexpiernced Dr's they hire. read more

Customer service is horrible: I had an issue with my treatment, called and ask for a copy of my medical records so that I could go seek help elsewhere. They took the request and explained that they had to mail them to my home, said it would take 30 days and to call back if I didn't get them, red flag, 45 days later I did not receive them. I called and everyone I spoke to stated that I need to be transferred to the medical records department, I called a total of 8 times and every time I was transferred to the records department the call was disconnected. I ask to speak to a Supervisor when they transferred me I was disconnected. Any phone number you call for USA Vein Clinics is directed to a call center and the people are totally unprofessional and do not know what they are doing. read more

This is more of a cattle market not once after my first appointment did they only schedule me at a time I would show up and 10 people with the same appointment. After that one issue after the next with the fridge being disconnected, employees quiting, apointments set up with the wrong Dcotor and having to reschedule with the call center which has been trianed to lie! When I finally had my sclerotherapy done lets just say i paid for 4 and there was zero change to my veins. read more
