Everyone was so welcoming and Dr. Ponce was easy going, explained everything well, and did an amazing job! After that, I waited 4 months for them to do a pre-authorization with my insurance for a more extensive procedure. Finally I got the ok, got off work and drove 90 minutes to the appt, only to be told that although I had a pre-authorization, my insurance was out of network and I needed to pay over $3000. I said no thanks and left. 3 months later, I got a bill for a no-show fee. I called billing and explained that I HAD shown up, but was turned away. They promised they would take it off the bill. 3 months later, another bill for the same thing, and same experience calling billing. ONE YEAR after my initial appt, I get a call from a collection agency about a bill for an ultrasound that was done during the initial groupon consultation. I called billing again to say I had used a groupon for the consultation and procedure, and they said the groupon covered the consultation and procedure--not the ultrasound needed to do the consulation and procedure. I asked why I had never received a bill for this over the past year, why it was sent to collections, and why I was never told that the ultrasound done during the visit was not covered by anything and I would be stuck with a bill for it. They just shrugged it off and asked for my credit card number. This company seriously sucks.

Without going into all the gory details, I have vein disease from standing on my feet 10 hours a day as a hairdresser. Enter Intermountain Vein Center. I decided to have treatment done before my problem became severe or painful, and they helped me figure everything out with insurance and got me in right away. I have never had any kind of surgery, so let's be honest, I was terrified for the laser treatments. Everyone at this office is incredibly kind and accommodating, and I thought that even before I took the Valium. The doctor explained everything to me and there was a nurse in the room basically just to make sure I was comfortable. You even get to watch tv! Which is good because you aren't as focused on the laser obliterating your leg veins. They have someone on call 24/7 in case you have any questions or need anything (aka narcotic painkillers) after treatment. If you need any of the treatments they offer here, I highly recommend them. They are professional, timely, personable, and make an uncomfortable experience as easy as possible.

I wanted to get mine taken care of before they got really bad. I'm so glad I did. My bulging veins are gone and so is the pain and discomfort. The Intermountain Vein Center worked wonders with me. The staff and doctors are all very friendly, helpful, and professional. They address any concerns you may have. I had 2 types of treatment done on mine and experienced very little discomfort afterwards. I would recommend this to anyone having problems with veins. Also very helpful with working through the insurance headaches.

To whom you have acne scars, you know the struggles. I've done multiple sessions of microneedling, CO2 laser, emateix etc. throughout the past five years. Unfortunately, those procedures did not help too much given how much money I've spent. One day I saw someone posted about subcision is an effective method for rolling scars which is what I have. After some research, I've found Dr. Taylor! I'm so happy I did. I live in the Midwest so the initial consultation was virtual, Dr. Taylor's staff, Sharene was very helpful, efficient and made the consultation smoothly. I flew to Utah for the procedure which included chemical peel, subcision, and fractional ablative laser. The procedure itself seems very scary from all the videos I've seen online, but Dr. Taylor made sure it was painless. One thing to note, during the procedure my lips got dry and Dr. Taylor asked the nurse to put some Vaseline on. That really showed me how much he cares about his patients! I stayed in Utah for a week for the some followups before heading home. My face was red for couple months, and some numbness due to the tumescent anesthesia, but nothing painful. I'd say my skin was fully recovered from the procedure after three months. The improvement on my cheeks is probably 50-60%. The forehead is not so much, but that's a tough area to treat. Overall, I'm happy that I went to Dr. Taylor and I'll definitely return to his clinic for more service!

Overall, the texture of my skin is worse and I am highly disappointed. As nice as they came across, i cannot recommend Dr. Taylor's practice.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. If you are reading this review do you're research…read moreANYWEHRE but here. My fiancé came here for his very first, and SHOULD have been his last surgery. From the very beginning.. playing hookie from the phones, rescheduled and rescheduled him, very unprofessional staff.. should have had me worried. I trusted that a credited medical facility would take care of the man I love, and I shouldn't have. I don't recall one thing going well. The ultrasounds had to be done twice, the surgery got rescheduled three times. When the doctor marked his leg for where she was going to cut him up I remember her telling us that she did infact NOT mark EVERYWHERE she SHOULD have but she would surely take care of all of the problem veins, that she had given herself "guidelines". She SURELY did not do that. During the surgery my fiancé voiced that he was very uncomfortable (which they had told him to do and they would administer more medication) and they did nothing for his discomfort. Not to mention he told me that in the surgical room it felt nothing like that of a surgical room.. but of a high school reunion for two women. Talking the whole time and even and even mentioning they needed some music on, that it was too quiet. The lack of attention to thier patient would come with consequences. We came back a month later for his post op appointment and saw a different doctor than the one that performed the surgery (also a a problem as you never see the same nurse or doctor twice even when I asked). This doctor told us that they had missed A LOT of veins that needed to be removed during his surgery and had the audacity to ask when he would like to schedule another one. The question was irritating due to the HUGE deal we made to everyone that he had to be off work and I was a stay at home mom and we hoped for the best recovery as to not struggle. Fast forward 5 months and my fiance is right back to where we started before his surgery. In pain and CAREFULLY looking for somewhere else to go.I wish mckaydees vein and vascular clinic NEVER popped up when I searched where to help him because this place is quite the opposite of help. Save yourselves. Do. Not. Go. Here.
