Things started off well enough, I was treated twice for my varicose veins. Then I discovered that…read morethe clinic is only open ONE DAY EACH MONTH! If your doctor needs to reschedule you, you will have to wait at least a month for the next appointment. Then, I got a phone call saying they needed to reschedule an appointment; the second time this happened. I was told that the Dr. I'd been seeing will no longer be working in Utah, and the other Dr's wouldn't take my insurance, and I'd have to pay out of pocket for the remaining procedures. Don't bother, their business model is the worst I've ever encountered!

RUN AWAY!!!!!!! I got a groupon to do an initial consultation and brief procedure for spider veins…read more(which didn't work, btw and hurt like hell). After that, I waited 4 months for them to do a pre-authorization with my insurance for a more extensive procedure. Finally I got the ok, got off work and drove 90 minutes to the appt, only to be told that although I had a pre-authorization, my insurance was out of network and I needed to pay over $3000. I said no thanks and left. 3 months later, I got a bill for a no-show fee. I called billing and explained that I HAD shown up, but was turned away. They promised they would take it off the bill. 3 months later, another bill for the same thing, and same experience calling billing. ONE YEAR after my initial appt, I get a call from a collection agency about a bill for an ultrasound that was done during the initial groupon consultation. I called billing again to say I had used a groupon for the consultation and procedure, and they said the groupon covered the consultation and procedure--not the ultrasound needed to do the consulation and procedure. I asked why I had never received a bill for this over the past year, why it was sent to collections, and why I was never told that the ultrasound done during the visit was not covered by anything and I would be stuck with a bill for it. They just shrugged it off and asked for my credit card number. This company seriously sucks.

This could be a 5 star review but Ms. Jackie with the sleep disorder unit was rude and difficult…read moreand therefore I refuse to give this place 5 stars. Parking was plentiful. We found the sleep disorder unit on the 2nd floor easily. Check in was easy breezy as I did the required registration process online prior. Waited roughly 10 min before being called back. Nurse asked a bunch of questions and then Dr. Staheli came in. He also asked a bunch of questions before agreeing to do the sleep study. After speaking with the doc he walked us to Ms. Jackie. Not sure if she was having a bad day, but she was rude and seemed bothered by doing a job and made us walk back up front to reception to get our insurance card scanned. The sweet gals told me they were so sorry that she made us walk back to the front and what an inconvenience when it could have been handled by Ms. Jackie. They scanned my card. Sent me back to Ms. Jackie, and then Ms. Jackie has the nerve to ask me to pull out my insurance card to verify the info! What?! After verifying the info matched she rudely told me a few dates that we could do the sleep study. I chose a date. She then told me I had to be back on a specific date fir the follow up with results. When I asked if my child needed to be present she said yes very rudely. I said well that date was her first day of school and I wouldn't let her miss it. She gave me the next date and said if you don't take this date you won't get your results for another 2 months after. Uh, ok, then give me the next date, she wrote it in a business card handed it to me and said expect a phone call from the sleep clinic a day before and don't be late. She turned back to her desk and we left, I do not look forward to dealing with her again, and I hope on our follow up I don't have to!!!

I spent 45 minutes on hold last Thursday and was advised that my records would be sent by Monday…read more When I contacted my new provider today, they confirmed they have not received anything. I then spent over an hour on the phone trying to get an update. After finally using the callback feature, I was told that records requests can take up to two weeks and that my only option was to submit a request through the online portal. When I contacted the Medical Records department directly, I was again referred to the online portal and told that once a request is received, it typically takes 2-3 business days to process. The inconsistent timelines and lack of accountability are extremely frustrating. Every conversation results in being redirected to an online portal, with no one seemingly able to provide a clear status update or assistance. What has happened to customer service? Adding to my concerns, Revere Health recently experienced a data breach affecting approximately 10,800 patients through unauthorized access to patient information via a third-party payment platform. Given these circumstances, I am even more concerned about the handling and transfer of my medical records. At this point, I would appreciate a clear explanation of where my records request stands, when the records will be transmitted, and a direct point of contact who can take ownership of resolving this issue. The current process has been time-consuming, confusing, and unacceptable.
