After multiple visits and imaging, communication and follow-up were extremely poor. I requested a simple call to review my CT results but received no response and was only contacted 20 days later. In the meantime, I was billed for the scan without getting timely results or a clear care plan. The lack of communication and delays made an already difficult recovery more stressful and costly. I came because my legs got so swollen that it was painful to walk. The day I went they did ultrasounds of my legs to see how closed the veins were...they were more then partially closed causing me to be out of breath while walking, swelling and Lots of pain. I literally went back the following week and had the first leg done then when it healed about 2 months later did the 2nd leg. I feel 100 percent better!!! My Kegs don't swell anymore or turn black and blue from the swelling. The staff was above exceptional!!!! Everyone including Dr RAVIKUMAR, were so caring and helpful they made the whole experience wonderful! The ultrasound tech is so great!!! He makes you so comfortable they are all just the best. I had to return for two rounds of filler for my lips. They came out very natural, and I was pleased. The only reason I didn't return was due to the high prices, which were higher than most places I've seen and visited. This may be because it is a licensed doctor/surgeon. The staff was very friendly, and the doctor seemed extremely knowledgeable and wasn't pushy at all. The space is also beautiful. I wish I could afford to receive services from them more often.
