I normally have the pleasure of speaking to one of the ladies while im in there but today it was Scott Bailey that was at the front counter. I told him what I wanted and proceeded to pay with my phone (Google pay) when he legit started yelling at me about how he won't complete my transaction with a phone and how it has to be with a card! No joke he made a complete spectical out of me in front of everyone in the store. I was polite and in no way shape or form deserved to be treated like that. Especially by a gas station attendant who is expected to provide positive customer service. If he did in fact want me to use my physical card, that would have been no problem, I simply asked if there was a certain reason as to why because I stop there everyday on my way to pontiac and have never had an issue. It's not what you say, its how you say it! After being yelled at by him for tapping my phone on the card reader (not knowing he wasn't allowing google pay) being made a spectical, and apologizing still saying sorry on my part for not knowing, he continued on talking to other customers about me as I walked to McDonald's to grab my mobile order. Then walking back through the store he yet again still was going in on me, legit right in front of my face! No one deserves to be treated like that and its a shame and embarrassing to be the target of such mean nasty comments for absolutely no reason at all! Then to have him continue on talking to others in the line after legit yelling at me for using Google pay is extremely unprofessional and unwarranted. Shame on you! I was humiliated and felt extremely uncomfortable walking through there the second time to leave with him still uttering comments as I walked out the door! I will never buy another thing from this store in my life! Never would I spend money at a place that allows people to treat others this way! Take my advise and don't use Google pay there if you do shop there, he will loose his mind unannounced and have you completely stunned and embarrassed just like me. Found this Sunoco before we hop onto 96 to drive to our next town or wherever the day takes us. $4.19/gallon. Prices are back up again or has it been this high for a while.
