Of course I had followed the instructions in the package so the lock was fully installed before the step to try the key appeared in the instructions. Ugh. I was not about to undo and return the lock so I called Assured Lock and Key. After telling Randy my plight he said he could be at my house in a couple of hours. Same day service!!!
