I looked into purchasing a phone w/Sprint, my old carrier, but they could not give me a decent monthly plan price + purchase price. So I shopped around and found out that I could get a pretty good price on monthly plan w/US Cellular, AND they would pay my early termination fee, AND give me $150 credit card for in-store purchases. Plus the cost of my new Iphone was quite reasonable. I came in the store two days in a row, yesterday to buy my phone, and today to get toys (extra car chargers, mount for car, case, tempered glass for screen, etc etc---all paid for w/my $150 credit card)... each employee here was very helpful to the customers and knowledgeable, friendly, patient.. Great experience! Special kudos to Josiah for making this a smooth transition, answering all my questions and putting on my new tempered glass screen protector. And I do get better cell service w/US Cellular than I was getting with Sprint!

Firstly, they disconnected our phone lines before we made the switch to the new company, proceeded to pretend they didn't know why our phones were working, then after 3 requests to release our phone numbers they finally did so the new company could get our phone lines up and running. Then Hunter asked to come get their equipment from our building which we allowed them to enter and they took the router that the new company just installed! When your business is run 95% on communication with customers and using internet run programs for customer information I refuse to do business with a company that acts so childish because someone decides to change providers. I'm not the only business in this town who is switching because they have had nothing but problems. If I could rate it 0 stars I absolutely would.

The only suggestion they had was contact Global Fraud, which wasn't any help since they don't consider being charged for a phone that was never received a fraud issue. The staff did contact their Customer Service number and was told the phone had been sent to the Klamath Falls office, but they are powerless when it comes to resolving billing. If asked, I would discourage everyone from doing business with this company.

I asked if I could get my money back or a replacement to something of equal value she said I can only exchange it for the other controller which was lesser value at 84$ as I was getting told this I was confused by why I'm losing so much money so I asked her why can't I get my money back she said you can either exchange it for the broken one or take your old controller and leave honestly I just took the controller and left but honestly am super upset after the terrible customer service after it all! She was chubby. She had black hair and she was in her 30s. She was white. She gave an attitude and it was very rude about the whole situation and she had no sympathy or kindness towards me and that makes me not want to come back again. She should not be working there if she is going to treat customers like that. Anyway I just thought I'd let anyone know that invested in the warranty program with GameStop don't do it it's a scam!!! Mr. Buchanan handled my deceased parents estate and it was a horrific frustrating process. Communication is a HUGE FAILURE at this office. After my parents death I was never contacted by Mr. Buchanan on the phone, nothing was ever explained, there was never any consideration to the heirs and any questions they may have. You may be an attorney but you can at least show some customer service by reaching out. Attorney fees at the end weren't too extreme, they were a tad high in my opinion but nothing worth fighting over. If you're looking for an efficient estate lawyer, don't go here. Everything was done slow and you are never kept in the loop (it's a "well you never asked so I didn't tell" mentality). We had issues with our executor stealing money as well and Mr. Buchanan's office never helped in either preventing it or restoring it, really really frustrating. In my honest opinion I don't feel like he did a good job, I feel like he did the bare minimum at the slowest pace and I'm a patient person so that's saying something. I hope this helps someone -
