The staff treated me well, but they weren't any help in resolving problems with billing. The only suggestion they had was contact Global Fraud, which wasn't any help since they don't consider being charged for a phone that was never received a fraud issue. The staff did contact their Customer Service number and was told the phone had been sent to the Klamath Falls office, but they are powerless when it comes to resolving billing. If asked, I would discourage everyone from doing business with this company.

So I shopped around and found out that I could get a pretty good price on monthly plan w/US Cellular, AND they would pay my early termination fee, AND give me $150 credit card for in-store purchases. Plus the cost of my new Iphone was quite reasonable. I came in the store two days in a row, yesterday to buy my phone, and today to get toys (extra car chargers, mount for car, case, tempered glass for screen, etc etc---all paid for w/my $150 credit card)... each employee here was very helpful to the customers and knowledgeable, friendly, patient.. Great experience! Special kudos to Josiah for making this a smooth transition, answering all my questions and putting on my new tempered glass screen protector. And I do get better cell service w/US Cellular than I was getting with Sprint!

I called them, since I had the "Total Protection Plan", that states they will replace your screen for the life of the phone with no questions asked. Not the new guys. They said they don't do anything for free and had no idea what I was talking about. They took over in May and aren't honoring any of the previous agreements. I will save my $110 and use it at a reputable establishment.
