The carrier hand delivered my order to another address other than mine and no one can give me a straight answer. We have an alarm system on our box letting us know when mail is delivered. Unfortunately for us it shows my order being handed off at 3:56 yesterday but my mail alarm went off at 4:01 leaving only my mail. Common sense shows the mail carrier gave my order to someone up the street not looking at the address and later leaving me only my mail. They are completely useless at this P.O. and show no concerm over the failure of the carrier being held responsible.

I had the misfortune to have to go through Florida probate. The law firm representing me sent seven…read moredocuments through E-mail requesting a signature, and in two of the seven documents, they required a notary's signature as well. Being a retiree, I am without tech backup, and I didn't want to pay for Adobe Acrobat software to open a pdf file, so I took my issue to Pack and Post. Crystal and Donna took it from there. They were able to process my E-mail docs, open them up, print them, get all signatures, scan the docs again, and E-mail them back not only to me but to the law firm as well. I had pictured an entire day running here and there, and the whole process at Pack and Post took less than a half hour. The price was very reasonable, and I will go back again. This business is truly a gem in the Homosassa, Florida community. I highly recommend their services!
