If someone pays extra to send priority mail and it says 1-3 days, WHY is it five days later before it's received most times? If this person is paying extra for a service why aren't they getting what they paid for? That's like me telling the PO if I had a PO box when the due date of bill is due okay I'll pay it a couple days later. If I did that I can gaurantee that box would be LOCKED until they got their money. OH sorry I thought I had my "priorities" on time, I must have missed this one!

She did not tell me there was a $3.40 surcharge tacked on, and I did not see any notices about an upcharge for postage stamps. Normally a book of stamps would be $14.60 and I was charged $18. I had the misfortune to have to go through Florida probate. The law firm representing me sent seven…read moredocuments through E-mail requesting a signature, and in two of the seven documents, they required a notary's signature as well. Being a retiree, I am without tech backup, and I didn't want to pay for Adobe Acrobat software to open a pdf file, so I took my issue to Pack and Post. Crystal and Donna took it from there. They were able to process my E-mail docs, open them up, print them, get all signatures, scan the docs again, and E-mail them back not only to me but to the law firm as well. I had pictured an entire day running here and there, and the whole process at Pack and Post took less than a half hour. The price was very reasonable, and I will go back again. This business is truly a gem in the Homosassa, Florida community. I highly recommend their services!
