They are alternatively rude and tolerant, depends on the time of day apparently. I really miss the previous owners. She did not tell me there was a $3.40 surcharge tacked on, and I did not see any notices about an upcharge for postage stamps. Normally a book of stamps would be $14.60 and I was charged $18. Did not realize until I was back home. You would think UPS would offer the stamps as a service since their shipping prices are already have HUGE upcharges and surcharges. Just my opinion!

I didn't even know the post office was here till I needed a passport, by surprise there the only one for miles! So if you need a passport and you live around Citrus County this is the place for you. If you have all your paperwork done check in hand and $35 It will take you 10 minutes to get it. Oh yea by appointment only so call ahead!
