Came here to verify a order that I purchased via online @USPS. I ordered stamps for my cards and invitations. But after nearly a week and a half my stamps never were delivered nor could I verify when they will be delivered. I called the number online, and was disconnected 2x, after the 3rd try I was on hold for nearly 1 hr and 10 min (exactly) to only speak to a representative who could not assist me and transferred to another line, and was disconnected within seconds of the transfer. Which brings me to this past visit. I waited in line to ask how can I check on the status of my order, to only be told to wait for my delivery longer. I asked was there another # I could call to make an complaint, and was told by the male postal attendent to wait and he would get an manager. On 4/3/26 I was scheduled for a passport renewal for a lost passport and was not greeted or even spoken to. Nobody checked me in or assisted me. The woman behind the counter are unprofessional and rude. Comments being made about "Why is she even here, did she even book an appointment. we are closed?" completely unbelievably unnecessary. When I've waited in line for 15 mins over the actual appointment time. When asked to speak to a manager she mentioned that I was mad about the Incorrect Photo that she told me to get from CVS. Not knowingly being aware of the fact that I've been unsatisfied from the level of introduction from the very start. Nobody greeted me said Hi or even asked what bought me in. But when other customers came in to get their passport serviced. The employees seemly shown favoritism and or excitement to service. Sad to see how poor we treat each other. These young ladies should understand professionalism, etiquette, and integrity to all customers who come to this post office. I will intentionally revist this location for the exact same service and expect better service. Update: Please go to Towson Public Library, for your passport needs. Thanks to Mellisa they will take care of you. Very professional and friendly, speak to you the moment you arrive. They even take passport photos. Ask for Melissa. Ugh. My wife set up an appointment for passports on a Saturday. Showed up at our scheduled time and we were informed no one was available to do passports on Saturdays at this location. Why allow us to schedule an appointment if no one is available? The employees were helpful, suggesting two other post offices that could help us on a Saturday and calling one of them to ensure someone was available. read more

I had a great experience at this post office location. To start, it's not crowded! Plenty of parking and they have an outside drop box in the lot that's convenient if that's all you're there for. Inside is bright and spacious and well staffed. Plenty of shipping goods fully stocked and no lines! I came here to mail my passport renewal so I had a lot of questions for the staff. The ladies at the window were more than helpful, and efficient with their responses, reassuring my nerves. I was in and out in minutes with plenty of time left in my lunch break! read more

This post office looks tiny from the outside, and took a bit of time to get to from nearby Towson, but was well stocked and there were no lines. Plenty of parking, too. Clean, large, spacious. This is a great post office. I was able to ship out all of my parcels via the self-service kiosk, no problem. read more

Mail should not stressful. I don't care how far I have to go. I am not subjecting myself to the service at this post office any more. It literally ruins my mood and makes me anxious when I have to come here. The employees are rude, short with you, and will prioritize tasks like reorganizing empty boxes rather than acknowledging and assisting you, even if you're the only person in line. Mind you I had been here two days in a row because I was told to come back at a certain time. So they don't care about appointments either. I left without my services and I'm not going back. We had a passport appointment scheduled (for the third time), showed up 15 minutes in advance with all our documents, signed & dated money orders and they said the passport person called out & there's no appointments available anywhere else on a Sat. (It is hard to get a Saturday appointment & Sat is the only day that works for a family getting a child's passport due to work, school & activities schedules.) They did not call us to cancel the appointment & did not care that they completely wasted our time. We asked to speak to a manager, waited 15 minutes & they refused to come out. I even tried calling the day before our appt 3 times to confirm and the phone just rang and rang, no one picked up. For a prior appointment months ago, they called the day before saying their photo machine was broken, which did not give my 2 family members & I enough time to get our photos taken elsewhere, so we had to cancel that appointment. Lied and said my package was delivered and from 9am -2pm i went back and forth from usps and leasing office trying to find my package. carrier lied again and said she left it in the parcel locker. for 5 hours these rude people did not thing to help us in any other way. left us on hold for 20 minutes -20 minutes before closing telling us the package was at the facility. came in 1 minute late after letting them know and hear them talking trash about customers behind the closed gates. talked shit about how i was mad when i asked politely and were using horrible language about other customers as well. they all need to be fired. it's honestly embarasseing that grown women sit behind a gate and talk shit about a 21 year old who was trying to get a package that they lost and lied about. so pissed off. i unfortunately have to go back on monday to get what i paid for and would honestly rather have them leave the package on the street next time. get rid of this place please read more

I go into this post office every now again. Maybe I pick the most ideal times because it usually isn't crowded. Overall, it's a post office so should be pretty straightforward and simple. Went in to fill out a passport renewal on a Saturday morning. The line always had about 10 people and it was consistently moving. All 3 stations were staffed and there were 2 other staff people around to help patrons. The staff pointed me in the right direction for which envelopes and service I needed for my application and even helped find a stapler to affix my passport photo to the application. The location is a little tricky as it is an industrial area cul-de-sac. But go slow and you will see the USPS sign on your left. read more

In the past, I found the people who work at this post office to be friendly and helpful. In fact, I used to drive a further distance to go to this post office because I thought it was more efficient than others. On my most recent visit, I had arrived 30 minutes before closing time. I waited at the end of a long queue. I gave up waiting for assistance in line because it was moving slowly. I had decided I would give the self-service machine a try. I kindly offered to allow a woman with four packages to go ahead of me, but she declined. I attempted to use the machine but received an error message that the scale was broken. Then, the woman behind me tried and she received the same message. After a few tries the machine worked for her. I patiently waited while she posted four packages. I had a few questions and, noticing the line was by this time much shorter, I headed to the service desk. The staff had apparently locked the door because by this time the post office had closed. I was already inside of the post office, so I didn't see any reason why the staff could not assist me; however, as I attempted to stand in line, the employee snapped that the post office was now closed. To me, customer service service should've been provided because I was in the store for a half hour before it had closed. Normally, the customers already in the store after the door is locked to new patrons are served. I will completely avoid this post office on a Saturday if I can help it. Hopefully, I will find another post office in the future. This is no longer the nice post office I had frequented in the past. Not to mention, few people were even bothering to social distance. Usually the service is typical for a post office at this location. Today, I was doing my passport and it is obvious that this is not a priority. People were either not trained to provide the service or did not want to provide the service or both. Even though the service is supposed to be walk in and I told the worker that I was just going out to get my checkbook while she was in the middle of waiting for me, when I came back in, my materials were left on the counter and she had disappeared. Another person came in and cut in front of those of us waiting in line and then I went up to another teller who told me she was not able to send off my package. This is hands down the best post office I've ever been to. They always have plenty of people working, so that you don't have to wait forever, and everyone is friendly. I go in about once a week, sometimes more, for work. Someone eventually said, "You come here a lot! Next time you need stamps, just give me a call and I'll have them waiting for you." Edit: Be weary of postal workers stealing or suspiciously "retuning" packages to the original senders. Three, yes THREE times, the worker marked my items as DELIVERED and then NEVER delivered them. He claimed my name wasn't on the mailbox (which it is, it's just the second name on there) and "claimed" they were returned to the sender. It's been over a year now and none of these original senders have gotten the packages back! Hundreds of irreplaceable collector items gone!!! Do NOT trust this awful post office! I buy and sell a lot of items so I'm at the post office quite often. I'm usually home during the week waiting for mail to arrive. Recently I moved into a new apartment that is serviced by this post office, needless to say I'm very disappointed. Twice now I've had packages arrive that require a signature and I've come to realize the mail man is too lazy to knock on my door for when these items arrive as I'll be home all day with no sign of a knock or doorbell ring. I live on the first floor, it's not hard. This time I went to go pick up my package and I'm told I'm not allowed to pick it up until the next day because one person couldn't take the few steps to check to see if someone was home. Because of them I wasted my time, money, and gas. Isn't the purpose of the slip is when no one's home? Secondly, everyone I've come into contact with at this location has been extremely rude. It's a decent paying GOVERNMENT job. Get over it! Be thankful you have it still! You'd think with the post office trying so hard to stay alive they'd work harder to make the people who sell all over the country and world, who help keep it alive, have a good experience. I agree that the staff of the Loch Raven post office is fantastic. The problem is the manager, Jackie Ennels (fairly new at this branch). have been at the same office in this area for 37 years and simply wanted to get my mail forwarded. What happened to their slogan on tv: Mail Must Be Delivered and We Have to Serve our Customers. After one month she made it a POINT to see that I would no longer get my mail although I was told they would forward it for a year (see rulings). My personal mail carrier tried to help to no avail, but she said she would personally see to it all mail would be RETURNED TO SENDER. It's like she has an ax to grind. I have a lot of patients and their insurance companies that need to reach me for claims, but she didn't care. I had no previous beef with her, but I was told she can be tough. She is one nasty person. I have had wonderful dealings with the USPS for my whole career and I love ALL of them except this one person who chose to end my career on a bad and very sour note. Now maybe I understand why everyone else thinks otherwise and maybe why they are not doing well. read more
