This is a busy post office, so I rarely go to the counter. The employees are pleasant and helpful when I need to get postage for big mailings or postage that won't dispense from the kiosk. The area leading up to the counter is tiny and usually fills up with the crowd often times spilling out into the hallway. I wish they would change the lobby area to allow for a better flow for customers. The bonus is that there is plenty of parking, so you're not waiting for a spot. There is also bulk mail in the back, so you don't have to wait in line to drop off your mail. The postal employees who take care of bulk mail are very helpful, especially when you are dropping off bulk mail for the first time. This location also takes care of your passport needs, too.

The clerk insisted the address did not exist in their system and that there was no way to mail it. I explained that I was certain the address was correct and suggested trying to put it in again, but the clerk was not interested in helping. I went to another post office and they had no issues with the address and were able to easily mail it.
