They lost my baby's passport application, never sent it in, and have made it impossible to get a refund and provide no solution

FedEx - Sometime when transfering from port (?), train (?) or truck (?) it got horrendously abused!

FedEx: 2026 Jun 23 (5 of 5)…read more We understand navigating where we live can be dangerous, especially if you have a truckload of heavy goods while making swift turns along the mountain roads. When the delivery van stops at the house, the driver has to prepare, unload, and deliver the goods without damaging them. We first met Amkah (sic) in February. He's very friendly and personable. Amkah interacts with us in a professional manner. He never seems upset or distressed and we appreciate that. Amkah's job is not light work, and he takes each parcel as a challenge. Today, Amkah delivered three heavy boxes of furniture, then, with a smile and a wave, he's off to his next delivery. Keep up the good work, Amkah. For the management at FedEx who reads my review, we hope you appreciate that you have one of the finest employees anyone would want to hire. ** Amkah gave me permission to post his photo on social media

Yet another example of the crying need for a zero-stars option…read more Oh, FedEx, how do I loathe thee? Let me count the ways. * A delivery driver tries to SCAN my driver's license (thereby putting my sensitive information at risk per their sloppy transmission and storage of it), rather than the customary and sufficient practice of merely looking at it, to confirm my identity upon delivery of a signature-required item. * On two separate occasions (purchases from each of two merchants in Europe), drivers leave my item in the lobby of my complex, and then depart -- without alerting me to their arrival, or telling me that I owe a tariff fee, or trying to collect said fee -- and then, long afterward, FedEx tries to compel me to pay said fees . . . even long after the Supreme Court had ruled the tariffs unlawful, AND FedEx was already in the process of doing the one thing it SHOULD do: submitting a request for refund to the feds. (Double-dipping, anyone? How about strong-arming? Extortion?) * My latest purchase, from Greece -- made, reluctantly, after the merchant offered a tariff-prepaid option at checkout, so there'd be no surprises of the kind noted above. (Alas, there are now, again, new tariffs on various countries . . . which, for the time being, are being allowed.) But then my item, in the course of its travels, arrives in Paris and then SITS THERE, IN A FEDEX FACILITY, FOR 8 DAYS. * Then, after tracking info shows it finally made its way to the company's home base (Tennessee), and it sits there for another couple of days, I am suddenly alerted that it's due to be delivered the next day (without any notice of a projected delivery date). And now, today, with a delivery window of "Before 8 pm", I'm stuck here at home, watching for it and repeatedly refreshing their tracking page (because it doesn't update itself), lest someone else grab it from the outer (unlocked) entry to my complex before I can get to it. * Sometimes the tracking page offers a "live" map, so we can follow the progress of the driver toward our home. Sometimes not. And nearly all the time, it doesn't even work, because attempts to use it take one into an endless error loop. I HAVE ISSUED A NEW LOGO (ATTACHED). It's A.I.* - generated, as an update for the 21st Century. _________________________________________________ * (Annoyed Individual)
