A little strange to get to in terms of being by the jug handle, but otherwise convenient and helps you get errands done.

I've been selling online for a little while now, Poshmark, Mercari, Etsy, you name it, any way I…read morecan make some extra cash on the side in this day and age, and this USPS has been one of my BEST experiences yet! There are others, in other suburban areas where the quality of service has been notable, but I really wanted to pop on and say how Alicia has went above and beyond for me multiple times! From finding a box big enough for my items to printing something out for me because my printer broke. Alicia doesn't tell you, "No," she says, "Let's figure it out together," or, "Let's see what we can do!" Be like Alicia! Also USPS commend Alicia for her dedication and service. Many of your employees in other locations are lazy and subpar, but Alicia goes above and beyond! Give credit where credit is due! PARKING & Location This is my favorite location yet because it's not on a busy street. Easy to get in and out of. There's plenty of parking. You don't even have to get out of your car if you want to just drop your packaged mail off. There's a drop box outside you can drive up to with ease! INSIDE Very well cleanly kept! You can tell this place is well-loved. You also can find everything you need, for free, right as you walk in. Plenty of shipping materials to choose from. CUSTOMER SERVICE Like I mentioned, the customer service here is out of this world! I saw reviews from others saying Alicia has been amazing. By chance, I got help from a young woman, at the desk, who happened to be Alicia! She really went above and beyond for me, and I was doing this new send a package via QR code because my printer broke. I was nervous about being told, "no." But she did not! She scanned it, it printed, had no issue. Not once did she tell me "no," to any of my questions, like many other workers in other locations have. She helped me figure it out or learned in the process with me. For anyone who needs extra money or is starting a small business, we rely on USPS for a lot! So we need more workers like Alicia to help us achieve success! OVERALL I will do as much of my business here as possible. I'm constantly traveling for leisure and for work, so I'm not always in the same location. But time and time again, this USPS location has proven to be the best.

Let me start by saying I went on vacation last week. A week before I went online to do a mail hold…read morefor the time I was gone. I was gone 5 days, but somehow 2 of those days mail was delivered! I'm not going to mention how the carriers have literally walked a path in my front lawn. And lastly, two streets over on New Albany rd. there's a house with the same numbers as mine. Surprisingly I receive their mail and they receive mine. I see how Chestnut Hill Rd can be mistaken for New Albany Rd, they're so similar. I even tracked the mail person down to give her back the mis-delivered mail twice. pathetic at best. I guess Louis Dejoy has accomplished what he has set out to do. I also for got to mention I found a letter jammed behind my mailbox from May that someone wrote, please deliver to this address on the front of it. I think the mailman tried to hide that mis delivery by jamming it behind the box

The post office building is split into two sections. The first has all the PO boxes, the second has the customer service and both sections have boxes and ares for your to prepare your mail. The customer service area also offers decorative envelopes and boxes for sale. Quick tip: Bring a pen, this isn't TD Bank and there aren't ample amounts of pens to use, so if you didn't prepare your mail before arriving bring a writing utensle.

I came in post christmas, so the post office was packed, yet there was only one employee working while the line was growing out the door. There were other employees who would pop in and offer to show people how to use the self service machine to buy stamps, but did not help any additional customers. The employee who rang me up was rather rude and I thought it was extremely odd he announced my total loud enough for the entire store to hear. Also, this location had run out of certified mail tickets. Not sure how it's possible for a post office to run out of those, but they offered no suitable alternatives in trying to help other customers out who needed them. I won't be back here anytime soon.

While I only had to wait a few minutes it was still rude as hell. When the woman came out from the back to help me she managed to do so without saying a word. It actually got weird, having your existence go completely unacknowledged. She didn't even ask me if I had any lithium batteries or anything hazardous in my package. Of course I tried to out-rude the teller so I didn't say a word either and we just had the weirdest, tensest exchange in the history of the post office. I'm not sure what it is about government jobs that make people think they can be outrageously rude but that sentiment is alive and well here.

But I have to walk all the way home in this hot ass day because they decide to not post lunch hours online and a HOUR lunch break? Tf you eating back there. Every time I come to this post office they are rude and not helpful. They do not smile when you greet them. They also try their best to use the least amount of words as possible when dealing with customers. The most words I got were when they were stating the amount of money I had to pay for a package. Their attitudes are really bad. If you don't like your job or don't want business then close down like wtf.
