My surprise this staff was absolutely friendly & helpful from the check-in staff all the way to the doctors. Had concerns for the patient and explain everything along the way for us to understand. Even the freaking security guard was friendly & useful and that usually never happens at any hospital I've ever been to!!!! My biggest surprise was that I was not stuck in the ER for hours like I was at the other hospital here in Longview.

They not only called security on a patient requesting an advocate and were quick to make themselves a victim with fabricated information that left security feeling the need to apologize and blaming their behavior on having "mostly druggies" and patients. The doctors were wonderful, and my procedure went great, but the care on the med surg floor was abysmal and left me thanking God that the doctors did well with the procedure and there were no complications
