If I could give it 0 stars I would. I got referred to Dr Hoffman around July/August of 2024 so I went ahead and made an appointment. When I called they told me that the only appointment they had available wasn't until January 7,2025 so I took it. I don't want to disclose the reason they referred me since it's personal but when I got seen at an urgent care they advised me to make an appointment asap regarding my findings. They kept calling me multiple times to follow up on scheduling my appointment until I finally got that January appointment. This morning 12/18/2024 Desiree called me from this UT PHYSICIANS office located in bellaire to let me know that they have to cancel my appointment due to this doctor not taking any new patients at the moment. I am very upset because I could have scheduled with another provider and probably would have been seen already. I, myself work at a health care facility and delaying patient care is inconvenient, inconsiderate, inappropriate, and can always be prevented. Now, I have to look for another provider in hopes that what I have hasn't progressed. I do not recommend this clinic at all. The only thing they could tell was that the office had too many patients at the moment, so I don't understand why they would even make an appointment for me in the first place. It's literally been months since I scheduled this with them only for them to call me a few weeks before to tell me they were going to cancel it. So frustrating and unreliable. read more
