This practice wants large, fast turn-overs now. I have a shoulder with a "mechanical" injury in addition to the arthritis in the shoulder. I pulled these muscles and the result is extremely painful. X-rays were ordered. Fine. Good medical practice. When Dr. Warnock came in he would not listen to what had happened, assumed it was arthritis and ordered physical therapy for arthritic shoulders and that was it. He missed the entire problem. I will never go back. He can rush others through this factory now. I am 8 weeks out and still in tremendous pain. He has made me worried I may come across another physician who simply wants more patients through the mill.

They tore down the old building and raised the lot due to floods but the original parking lots remain. Anyway, the building inside is beautiful, clean and very high tech. Check in was easy at the kiosk. They have plenty of seating on the 5th floor and even a coffee bar. They send you a text to meet your medical assistant at the door. They still come out and call your name. The rooms were nice and fancy with computerized signs outside the door. Very nice complex.

He used cutting edge technology to have a custom device 3D printed for my knee. He wrote an order for a aftercare package of collagen strips and bandages for the wound, and a recumbent bicycle for immediate use after the surgery. The wound was closed with adhesive and the covered with a negative pressure (vacuum) bandage. The scar from the surgery is very minimal which reflects on the time he took closing it and the bandages he ordered. I am now 3 months post surgery and my physical therapists say I am ahead of their average patients in my recovery. The custom 3D device, surgery, bandages, and bike were all done within Medicare guidelines so my cost was very minimal. My son had Dr. Tessier do an ACL procedure on him and recommended him to me. I truly feel I hit the lottery when I chose him!! No response Before next post op visit I made a appointment. Assistant Didn't seem to care. Trying to tell me where my pain was and HOW. Claimed nothing on CT in March. Still have pain. claimed nothing on MRI, still in pain and today, still in pain. I have a pinched nerve and this Dr and Assistant wants it to look like it's my fault. Umm no. THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO THE PATIENT Billed the big bill under Assistant's Name andHe is not in network.
