They told us we needed to replace the ignition coil and spark plugs and that would solve the problem. After charging almost $900 the code came back in less than a month. We took our car back in and they told us they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it and to come pick it up. We asked for a list of tests they ran and the results. We got a small list but no results. A simple search from chat gpt told us what the problem could be and easy tests that could be run to confirm it. Two other mechanics confirmed that they could have run a simple test to confirm the head gasket was bad as well. Now we get to pay another mechanic to diagnose it and replace the head gasket after already wasting $900 with carsmart.

We just took it in to have our water heater fixed, but the tank was never filled so how they actually tested it to see what was wrong, or to see if it was fixed before leaving is beyond me. And the nail in the coffin our trailer sat there for a month and in that time someone damaged it, but they refuse any responsibility. I'm assuming our insurance company will wring it out of them, unless they don't actually have any insurance, and if not, then thats a giant problem for any consumer.
