It was a bad lifter that costed me less then $200, I honestly think this mechanic thought id be dumb enough to fall for it and was hoping to make lots of money off me. I don't think its A1 but more or less the mechanic they have hired! They should be getting a second opinion or digging deeper if they think people are just going to fall for this and for that kind of cash up. The best part, I knew more about what was going on then he did. He never gave me one answer that was assuring, why would i pay for his work. Watch out when they quote you get a second opinion its ridiculous!

Like the disappearing running boards would go up & down while driving down the highway or my side mirrors were loose and come to find out were never replaced. And wires hanging from underneath that were never secured to the frame.. on and on!! Any questions you have, go in person! Don't call because no one gives a straight answer. The online progression concept is nice, if they remember to take pictures every step of the process. I recommend shop around before you come here

Maaco gave me a better quote than any of the competing companies, then offered to fix some unrelated damage on my hood for a discount since it would already be in the shop. Just to be sure I was getting a good quote on that, I asked another company for an additional quote on the hood, and sure enough Macao's quote was significantly better. In the end I had both the accident repair and the hood done at Maaco. Not only did they do a fantastic job, but they were done much quicker than I had originally been told it would be. The staff was also super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I simple can't say enough good things about these guys!

After test driving, rather than rush for the sale, Nate really asked questions to get to know me and explained Black Rock and their philosophy about how you should leave with a car that makes others wonder where you went, instead of a car that everyone and their mother-in-law drives (my paraphrase not his exact words). This is a small business I was glad I stumbled upon, and even happier I was able to patronize. I didn't read any of the reviews before I went in, but I wasn't surprised when I saw all the 5-stars on them.
