They are greedy and pushy and have been for years. I did the math and it turned out if I took off work again to go elsewhere I miss out on just as much money as having the extra service. Fast forward six months, I go in and order glasses for me and contacts for another sight-challenged son. Glasses will take two weeks. You'll get the contacts in a week. Phone call comes in to get my glasses. What about the contacts? I haven't seen them. "Oh. I'll check on them and let you know." No call or text back. I go in to get my glasses and am told there was a back order. Funny. A week later the contacts arrive. I go to submit the rebate and notice the order was placed AFTER I got the call my glasses were in. How hard is it to order contacts? Strike two! I think I'll bow out before I let them pitch me my third strike.

Had this only happened once I would be a little more forgiving. However, the entire office staff seems to be having a bad day EVERY day. I don't need that. I was scheduled to see one doctor and after arriving I was told they changed doctors on me due to??? (Many different answers in which none were consistent. ) For the last 2 months I have chard the office staff down trying to get answers, with no call back! I came to appointments expecting to get treatment, only to be given various reasons why it wasn't happening! I took time off work and paid doctor appointments for NOTHING! Today was the last straw after finding out that I had to order my own medication in order for treatment to be done!! The office staff NEVER answers ohms, never calls you back and consistently gives you the run around! It's a shame that the staff is so horrible, as it's reflecting off the doctors, who actually are quite good! I've chosen to take my business and health else where, as the stress of dealing with this place is not worth it!!

Then I go back after a positive result on a test and I thought everything was going to be okay from here as the doctor was prescribing me a medication to help with my symptoms.... Well here we are three weeks later with over 8 phone calls and voicemails and still no response. They may be able to get you in quick for an initial visit but it's only because they are losing so many clients. I will not return here and am in the process of looking for a new neurologist as no one here seems to care.
