I called to schedule a fitting, which should have been done at the time of pick-up, only to be told it would cost an additional $120. On top of that, if I needed different lenses, I would be responsible for the cost out of pocket. This entire experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. For the price they charge, I expected far better service and care. I won't be returning and will take my business somewhere else where they actually care about and take care of their customers.
