I arrived at about 5:20 and was home by 9:ish pm. I had excellent medical care and so far today my symptoms are manageable. I recommend this ER to all with Private or Group Insurance. It is a private facility and by law they cannot accept Medicaid, Medicare or Tri-Care.

I've been here twice in the past with okay service from the front while checking in so naturally I wanted to come back but todaaaay. Me or my family will never be returning! The saying the customer is always right still holds to the highest level of customer service, even if a customer is wrong there's a way to defuse a situation that the office stay doesn't understand. They would rather argue + be right! For that reason I'd rather drive further to know my family is going to be treated with kindness + respect from beginning to end. The drs here once you get passed the front desk were really really good I will say. I've had pleasant experiences with them, and the nurses we're extremely knowledgeable and so friendly. They need to implement better customer service skills in the ones that are at the front door and answering the phones so they can actually get people in their door if they would like to stay in business.

She took the time to isolate the pain and got the correct imaging done to show where the issue was. She prescribed an anti-inflammatory and Z-Pack to help take the pain away. My family and I are very pleased with the care that we get here. Everyone in the Office is great all the way from Dr. Hanan Hussein, NP Ramirez, the on-site Lab Tech, the receptionist and the interns that they use for vitals/background/demographics. Before he was even finished the fixer was right behind him. She was diagnosed with pneumonia and the flu. He spoke to my wife who was on on speaker because our son was still sleeping at home. He answered about 50 questions we had and gave us the follow up care. Then he called us the next day to ask how our daughter was doing. This is an amazing hospital! I will only go here if I can help it.
