Our service technician, Matt, was professional, efficient and highly skilled - we went from a dual fuel electric oven to gas. He was also positive, personable, friendly, and pleasant - an embodiment of the old school expectation of 'service with a smile'. We had an open line of communication from the get-go - which I highly appreciated. Despite a busy schedule, Matt was able to squeeze us in for an appointment and had us up and running in no time.
