It was simple and easy to sign up and apparently they have an app where you can book your classes on. Right now they offer $5 for your first class and it's so worth it! Once you enter, you just get on a bike and the instructor will check you in. The moves were really easy to follow, it was kind of hard to hear but maybe it was because I was in the back. Definitely bring a towel and a water bottle because you will be drenched!

The amount of times where classes would be cancelled last minute 5-20 minutes before they were supposed to start was unbelievable. This is for the Can Skate program and at the beginning when of them aren't able to skate and more atrention was needed, I feel that might be lacking at times although they did try to balance out the kids. They are great at teaching techniques as well which I believe is something that goes above the community run programs. Overall, our kids enjoyed it and can't wait for the next week to go to class again.

It isn't huge as a community centre but that's what makes it great, cozy and comfortable. Our children have been attending this school since the day they have opened! and have always been happy with this facility. They even helped get our youngest who hated and feared pool water when he first started at the age of 3, become a very strong and happy swimmer! During covid they went above and beyond to accommodate all families, strict rules in place with private change rooms and TRUE full sanitation of the whole facility in between classes! The owner and management are extremely friendly and professional at all times. Our children have learned so much and have accelerated beyond their friends who go to other nearby schools and community centres. The pool is a true salt water! It does have chlorine in it, as any salt water (public pool would) as this meets with accordance of the city of Vaughan Bi-law. We also have a salt water pool at home, and are encouraged to add a certain percentage of chlorine as this is not open ocean water, to kill germs and keep it hygienic. My parents signed up for a 1 month membership since my mom has really sensitive skin and was looking for a salt water pool. They told her theres no chlorine in the water. A few days in, her skin was crazy dry, peeling, and even the color of her swim suit has faded because of the high amounts of chlorine they dump in their water. This definitely raises some health and safety concerns. All this isn't why I want to give this place zero stars. It's because they are dishonest and have terrible service. The manager is extremely snooty and rude. She treats other as though they are beneath her. I has called in on behalf of my parents and Oscar who works there told me my parents could just come in and could get a refund for the remaining days on their membership. When they did, the manager changed her mind and told them they now couldn't. WHAT ON EARTH?! Not only does she have a bad attitude but to top it all off, provides awful customer service. Tip- don't just change your mind about giving a refund when you said your would. It's unprofessional and unacceptable. Please please STAY AWAY from this place. UPDATE: So I guess they change their mind and they call my parents back to come get their refund and when my parents get to the pool, they said that there's NO refund.This happened twice. There are 6 weeks in each round - weeks 1-5 consist of skill-building drills and a game at the end culminating in week 6, which is all game. The coaches stress repetition to build muscle memory, strength and consistency and are always there to offer feedback and words of encouragement. The sessions are fast-paced and well-planned, leaving very little time for standing around. Full of positive energy and run by wonderful, knowledgeable coaches, TWVC is a great place to up your game, make friends, and build confidence.

I'm very happy to have found them as you couldn't ask for more dedicated and passionate people than Chris and Cris. Classes include a short workout, warmup exercises, a good chunk of drills and a game at the end. The official time slot is currently 9-12 every Saturday but since coaches are there early and leave late so you can get more practice in this extends it to 4 hours. That is their mentality and this is the atmosphere you can expect! Since there are two coaches, after the initial exercise / warmup people are split into two groups, a beginner / lower intermediate and higher intermediate / advanced group that train separately. This allows for everyone to join at any stage of experience and also to always enjoy the level of practice and game your teammates can bring. We currently have 4 courts available to play, with I guess around 80-100 people showing up every week. Classes rotate every 6 weeks which is great as it allows you to join at your convenience and not have to wait longer like with some leagues. Their coaching style is always positive and disciplined, the coaches walk around during each drill, help individual players use proper technique and point out improvement opportunities. I've learned many tweaks to my hitting, setting and passing movements that will help me win more games and simply enjoy the game more for life. They even pay attention to point out different techniques for shorter and taller players. Overall, it's a safe and amazing environment welcoming to all skill levels and I can't wait to continue learning with them.
