He sent a message of condolence for the passing of my dad through his assistant. And made an appointment to see my mom 8 days later!! In the meantime she got weaker, more depressed and her knee got worse. We took her to urgent care. They sent her to the hospital. She has to have surgery on her knee. This doctor did nothing to help my mom. And I will never put her care in his hands again.

I was experiencing significant back pain, and my doctor's note states no restrictions, even though my job requires me to lift boxes weighing approximately 30 to 50 pounds. When I spoke with the medical assistant, she took her time talking with her coworkers before attending to me. As a result, I left still in pain and without having my note updated.
