Installed carpet over time became sagging and began to roll and pucker. It took 3 calls to the Middletown store to get help, each time they promised a call back, nothing! Finally someone got back to me via email, no phone calls. They charged me $125 for the service guy to come out and inspect, he was in the house about 5 minutes. After I followed up 2 times, a proposal was sent via e mail, again no phone call. They wanted over $1000 to fix their own work! Needless to say I didn't accept their proposal. Very disappointing process and result. STAY AWAY.

The floor was NEVER ordered. Instead he went and spent the deposit money and when it came time to install the floor (2+ months later) he told me he never received the floor because it was on back order. I actually contacted the flooring company direct and found out he was lying, that the floor was not on backorder, that the problem was he had not paid them for the floor therefore they could not ship it. Then I find out he doesn't have the money to pay for the floor and I had to overnight a check to the flooring company in order to get them to release it. Not only is this guy Ryan a scam but he sucks at installation to. I had to use my Amish crew to finish the job. He talks a big game but he is a total scammer. BEWARE do not let him scam you.

United floors did a spectacular job!…read more Our foyer had hardwoods and apparently the previous owner had run out of supplies and never finished. They helped us to match the hardwood,and installed a beautiful fix. In our kitchen the previous owner installed ceramic tiles but the grout had cracked and many tiles were cracked or come loose. United Floors made recommendations and leveled out the entire area that included the kitchen, pantry, laundry room, and back door area. They installed this new product that looks like ceramic tile but has no grout spaces. Again the floor is beautiful!! They gave us an estimate, and let us bring home samples so we could see what they might look like in our home. They delivered the hardwoods a week early so the wood could adjust to the humidity, etc. in our home. They hung plastic all around the kitchen area to cut down on dust during construction. Finally they did all the work in basically a day! The estimate was exactly what we paid. Their professionalism through every step of the process was outstanding!
