Mom's car A1 had to undergo the first maintenance and we wanted to get it done at an Audi dealer which is closely located to our home. So we made an appointment for the next day in the morning so we could pick it up the same day. We received a little card with the appointment date and we also got a day-ticket for public transport so we could return home while it's being done. We got a phone call in the afternoon that it's finished so I went back, paid and the car has been brought to the front door. Absolutely premium class service throughout the whole process without any flaws but oil change was premium price as well.

Vergoelst Reifen were wonderful, one of the service engineers stayed late to replace the tyre with a good one, checked the other side tyre and added air.
